I've been wanting to try this place for 11 years!
And I even planned a trip to Rome just to try it!
I saw it on TV in an episode of "4 Restaurants," and I was fascinated by the place and especially by the sweetness and empathy shown by the owner, Valentina.
For once, what I saw on TV is real!
The place is truly beautiful and well-kept.
The little furry guests enjoy being cuddled by the patrons.
The menu is meticulously crafted.
The dishes, besides being impeccably presented, are truly delicious.
The wait staff is incredibly kind.
Very professional and friendly.
The service is very fast.
Valentina has chosen an excellent staff that reflects her own image.
Excellent value for money!
Highly recommended and not to be missed!!!

I eat here many times( lunch, dinner, tea time) always lovely.
Only suggestion is that; menu was easier to understand before at least if you make online menu with photos maybe could be more understandable.

The cats are adorable, and the atmosphere is truly calming and tranquil. It has a really nice presentation and the food was delicious. However, the only thing I hope can be improved in the future is the explanation of how things work. I've been in cafés with simpler mechanics that provide clear guidance upon arrival; for instance, if larger tables cannot be occupied by one person or need to be reserved, it would be helpful to make that clear. In my case, a larger table I wanted to use was later occupied by one person, even though there were smaller tables available, which is something to consider for future situations. Still, the staff were gentle all the time.

Always wonderful: atmosphere, menu, quality of the products served, excellent chef, service... In short, the only problem for me is choosing between the various courses!

Very nice place with cute cat hanging around.
There are loads of rules to follow for the wellbeing of the cats which I loved.
When you ask to follow the rules, you also expect them to do so but the opening at 4pm it is in reality a 4.30pm. wouldn't mind any other day but when outside it's freezing, you really feel it.
Basically, go for the experience and food but don't go at opening time.

A lovely cat cafe. Especially nice by Roman standards, as there aren't many cafes where you can sit and drink coffee for a long time, and this one is comfortable and relaxed. The desserts are delicious. The cats are adorable.
I wish the staff were a little more cheerful. It's also good that the cats have their own areas where they can be alone whenever they want.

I visited Romeow Cat Bistrot in the winter of 2024. The cats looked super happy and relaxed. They could choose to interact with patrons or not, and had enough areas where they could find some privacy if they wanted to. I went once for brunch and another time for dinner - they have a different menu depending on the time of day. A reservation is required for all types of visits. To be honest, I went for the cats, so food was not on top of my priority list, and I was surprised by how good everything tasted.

Very nice place, but 32 euros for two for a breakfast consisting of a coffee, a slice of tart, a portion of pancakes and an extract seems a bit too much to me.
