Friendly staff, interesting rooms/cellar vaults...very atmospheric. Our food arrived quite quickly, the baked Camembert was good, the pizza was a 2+ (could have stayed in the oven a few seconds longer), the chocolate tart was good, the Delizia was just okay. Moderate prices

I recently dined at Römerkeller in Merano and had a generally good experience. The food was solid – perfectly acceptable in terms of taste, but not exceptional or particularly outstanding. The portions were adequate, and the menu offered a diverse selection. The service was definitely a highlight: the staff was very friendly, attentive, and efficient without being intrusive. I felt well taken care of. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for a relaxed dinner. Overall, a pleasant visit – with room for improvement in the food, but definitely recommended thanks to the excellent service. Hence, 4 stars.

We were at a class field trip at merano and stumbled by this restaurant, we were shocked by the environment and food, both 10/10 the restaurant is located partly in a basement that is very well furnished and fancy. The food was very well cooked not too much oil and has a taste of Italia

Initially a bit skeptical, but the guys really delivered. Top-notch service, the salad was very fresh and crisp. The tagliata was perfect and the mushroom risotto cooked to perfection – highly recommended.

The pizza is good, and the waiters change, so you'll find some who are kind and some who aren't. It's inconvenient to go with friends because it's not easy to get to, being right in the center.

Five of us had dinner on New Year's Eve. The menu had a wide selection, and I can say it was all good. Other tables had pizza, but I can't say what it was like. I can say the food is good.

A fairly welcoming place, with plenty of space between tables, efficient waiters, and fast service. The food is good for the price. The biggest flaw is the bathroom outside, which requires you to get dressed to use it, especially in the winter. As already noted, in Bolzano they don't give you a receipt... even if the bill is correct. Hmm...

We went for lunch on Christmas Day and had a wonderful meal! The staff who welcomed us were very kind and helpful. The dining room we were in was truly beautiful, it felt like being inside a cave.

We stopped by for coffee and dessert - both were excellent - and the staff were the nicest people we met during our week of snowboarding. We came back for lunch the same day and were so glad we did. The pasta fagioli and the spinach spätzle with gorgonzola were absolutely 🔥 Great food, even better people. Highly recommend 💙

The warm and welcoming atmosphere is palpable from the moment you arrive – you feel instantly at ease. The hosts are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuine. At reception, every request was met with a smile, and they were always helpful and professional. The food is a real highlight: high-quality, regional, organic, and prepared with great care. The taste is simply superb! The service in the restaurant is attentive, friendly, and very courteous without being intrusive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished – a perfect oasis of well-being with meticulous attention to detail. The entire hotel complex is also very well-maintained and exudes tranquility and quality. The overall concept is particularly impressive: sustainability, warmth, and first-class service are consistently reflected throughout the entire hotel. In short: Top-notch from start to finish! We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Bio Hotel Panorama. ❤️
07/10/2025: More than impressed. Top-notch service, excellent regional cuisine, warm hosts, a fantastic location, centrally located near the train station, rooms with mountain views and a very quiet atmosphere. The hotel's own distillery offers tastings of fine, rare spirits and liqueurs.
