Riviera In Cernobbio

It’s a good memory to stay at Hotel Riviera, I arrived in late night at 10 pm, and staff still waiting on welcome, feel safety for travelers. The hotel is located by the lake, in a peaceful area. I can see the lake through the window. I like this hotel because I feel like living with local people, in their home. Thank you for good service, before leaving I have some conversation with Italian man, in this hotel, he is a friendly person, hope we see them again. Greetings from Thailand.

He found it, arranged registered mail to send it back to us, and patiently answered all our questions during the 3-week wait. His kindness, care, and dedication truly touched us. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done. In addition, the owner, Andre always make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and coffee are the best we have tasted in Como.

Very pleasant hotel staff. They speak excellent French. The location, close to the lake and the Bellagio pier, is truly excellent. However, be sure to bring earplugs for the traffic that passes right outside the windows. The decor is still in the 1970s, and the rooms are very disparate but very clean. The breakfast is very generous and plentiful.

Great location and very convenient to access nearby attractions. The host was very kind and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
