A big heartfelt thank you to Adriano for helping us recover our beloved pink bear. He found it, arranged registered mail to send it back to us, and patiently answered all our questions during the 3-week wait. His kindness, care, and dedication truly touched us. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done. In addition, the owner, Andre always make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and coffee are the best we have tasted in Como.

Very pleasant hotel staff. They speak excellent French. The location, close to the lake and the Bellagio pier, is truly excellent. However, be sure to bring earplugs for the traffic that passes right outside the windows. The decor is still in the 1970s, and the rooms are very disparate but very clean. The breakfast is very generous and plentiful.

Great location and very convenient to access nearby attractions. The host was very kind and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Everything you need. Very nice and friendly people running it. Delicious breakfast. Nice terrace on the other side, where you can eat well and deliciously to the left and right of the hotel.

It is difficult to judge this establishment, because honestly the hotel is really well located, an extraordinary welcome and impressive kindness, we feel that they do everything to please you, but the hotel is somewhat outdated, if you are not attached to a minimum of standing then no worries you will be received wonderfully well!

Great value for money, I know the hotel since 2016. Above all, hotel's owners are lovely people that really care for the comfort of your stay.

I booked a room with a balcony through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t have it because we were staying only one night. The receptionist explained that those rooms are reserved for guests with longer stays. Additionally, the hotel is clearly short-staffed. Only one person seemed to be handling everything, and she prioritized her own convenience over guests’ experience. For example, although there are lovely outdoor tables with amazing views for breakfast, she refused to let us sit outside, saying it was too difficult for her to serve both inside and outside tables. The only positives were a clean bed and bathroom, which is why I gave 3 stars. Overall, very disappointing.

The hotel is right next to the lake, with only a road in between, and the room windows open directly to a beautiful lake view. In front of the hotel, by the lakeside, there are benches where you can enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise. The owner was such a nice, warm, and attentive person. The building itself is very cute.

En primer lugar tanto la pasta como la pizza fueron como se esperaba. Ambos llegaron en momentos muy diferentes, así que la pizza se enfrió esperando la llegada de la pasta. Sentimos como si nos apresuraran a ordenar y luego el servicio se ralentizó después de eso. No nos habíamos dado cuenta de que necesitábamos ir al restaurante de enfrente para pagar, así que esperé bastante tiempo a que alguien trajera la cuenta. Estábamos pensando en tomar un postre, pero nos rendimos después de esperar un tiempo. Había un montón de colillas en el suelo alrededor de las mesas. La pequeña botella de refresco Campari parecía sobreprecio en comparación con otros restaurantes de la zona.
