Last night I had the pleasure of having dinner with my family at the Primasecca restaurant in Fano and I must say that it was a truly positive experience. The location is splendid, with a direct view of the sea which alone is worth the visit. The restaurant is designed with attention to detail and offers a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive, with a good selection of seafood dishes. We tasted the spaghetti with clams, the hot snails, the cold tasting of appetizers, the mixed fried fish without thorns and the Adriatic grill. Everything was prepared with excellent quality raw materials and cooked to perfection. Authentic flavors, well balanced and right portions. The staff was very kind and attentive, always available and smiling. The only small note concerns the waiting times, a little long, but understandable given the turnout on Friday evening. Overall, a great dinner in a place worth discovering or revisiting. We will definitely be back.
