Paolo is an amazing chef, as well as being an exquisite person like his restaurant. Excellent fish cuisine cooked in an exceptional and innovative way. Definitely the best restaurant in Fano, in addition to Mamadera, another culinary pearl of this area. Unmissable experience!

We ate very well, from appetizer to dessert, fantastic razor clams, too bad there were few of them, spectacular tagliolini allo scoglio, none of us found anything wrong, I found the wine a little expensive.

18/11/2024: I had lunch with my brother at this nice place, we took the tasting of the Empatia menu which included a beef tartare with parmesan and Neapolitan ragout, wild boar tortello with blackberries and cocoa grue and the Pluma Iberica, accompanied by a Pinot Noir The Hill of Fairies. Everything really excellent. The girls who served us were very professional and kind.
