We were at Ristorante Vignal on Saturday evening with four of us, and what can I say... a truly impeccable experience from every point of view. From our arrival we were welcomed in a warm, elegant but at the same time familiar atmosphere. The staff was extraordinary: kindness, availability and professionalism at the highest levels, always present but never intrusive. We ordered an appetizer and a second course each, and every dish was a joy for the palate: very fresh ingredients, careful presentation and simply perfect cooking of the meat. A special praise also for the selection of wines: we relied on their advice and they suggested a wine that turned out to be exceptional, paired perfectly with our dishes. It is rare to find a place where everything, really everything, works so well: food, service, atmosphere. A restaurant that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. We will definitely be back and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Congratulations to all the staff at Vignal! 👏🍷🍽️

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante all’interno della corte della villa hotel Malaspina dove abbiamo soggiornato. Ottima esperienza sia per quanto riguarda i piatti scelti che per la cortesia e professionalità del personale. Abbiamo preso un antipasto, un primo, un secondo e un dolce più due calici di vino di qualità per meno di 70’euro. Il primo, fuori menù, aveva un gambero freschissimo e di alta qualità, la guancia si scioglieva in bocca, ma il dolce è stato uno dei migliori dolci mai mangiati al ristorante. Complimenti allo chef!!!

Dinner with family upon arrival greeted professionally by Mr. Michele. Elegant room with comfortable tables and fast service even though the restaurant was full. Excellent food with quality and fresh products, excellent fillet and tartare. Thanks to Gilberto and Pavel for the pleasant evening. Advised.

We chose the Vignal Restaurant, located inside the Hotel Villa Malaspina, to celebrate 35 years of our business and we couldn't have made a better choice! The large spaces allowed us to welcome our guests inside the rooms and without parking problems. The food was excellent, plentiful, with attention to every detail and appreciated by all the guests. The service is professional and always attentive. The atmosphere they helped us create was simply perfect: the layout of the buffet and the tables in the room, the flowers at the center of the table, the advice and the willingness to set up a corner for photos. Heartfelt thanks to Federica, Gilberto, Pavel and all the staff for making this evening so special! We will definitely be back!
