I tried the paccheri with lobster and cardoncelli mushroom ragù and was very satisfied. The dish is rich, well-creamed, and has a bold but not heavy flavor. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere, and the staff is polite and attentive. Overall, a place where you can eat well and authentically.

I had dinner at this restaurant, and the risotto alla Milanese was truly remarkable: perfectly cooked rice with a tender and flavorful ossobuco. The squid ink gnocchi with seafood was also excellent. The service was simple and attentive, the place pleasant, and the prices reasonable. An excellent experience.

A welcoming restaurant with very friendly staff. Ideal for both an intimate dinner or a dinner with friends. Very tasty dishes and fast service (if you like tiramisu, try the house one, it's truly delicious). We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time. The atmosphere was elegant and not at all noisy. The pizza was very good, with quality ingredients and very easy to digest. We were six friends and spent a pleasant evening chatting in complete privacy given the distance between the tables.

It's a real surprise to find such a welcoming place in Cantù, staffed by young people. They put in a lot of hard work and excellent quality. The pizza is truly excellent.

01/11/2025: Weekend lunch, a pleasant discovery. Lakefront location with a welcoming interior. Good value. We were referred by the Antico Crotto restaurant, and enjoyed some delicious meat dishes. We'll be back to try the fish. Recommended!

La Cava dei Sapori

11/11/2025: Bella Italia! While searching for a pizzeria, we ended up at Cava based on the photos. Upon arrival, we discovered that pizza is only served in the evenings – well, we'll see what happens – at least the menu looks promising. What followed was rather disappointing. The beetroot salad was – well, beetroot. No vinegar reduction, no horseradish, just a bit of pink foam. A similar story with the roast beef – good meat, but no pepper, tartar, or pepper mill in sight. The main courses were good. The only remaining issue is the pricing, which is on par with Swiss prices! However, since the restaurant was quite busy, it seems to be acceptable 😅.
10/11/2025: The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked dishes with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavor with a modern touch. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, ideal for all kinds of circumstances. A special mention goes to Simone, our waiter, who was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and very professional — he recommended our food and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the best dinners we’ve had in Italy. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Como! 👏🍷🇮🇹
