Ristorante Underground lives up to its name: nestled in a vaulted stone cellar, it offers an intimate and unique atmosphere. The menu features local dishes with a modern twist, all beautifully presented and delicious. The service is attentive and warm, contributing to a relaxed ambiance. I ordered an excellent pan-seared fish fillet in a crust: the waiter told me it was monkfish, but I think it was actually sea bass. The price is reasonable for the area, especially considering the unique setting and the quality of the ingredients.

We had a lovely dinner at Underground. We ordered the white ragu and the tuna, which was a nice change of pace. After all the carbs in Italy, am I right, guys? Fellow travellers, am I right? Staff were lovely, but just a 4 in the atmosphere because a group of Americans wanted to catch of the day. The rose was also yummy yummy.

Weak point: we're on the street, mid-September, not much traffic

Siamo stati a cena con un gruppo di amici. Materie prime molto buone e piatti ben presentati e ben fatti nulla da dire. Servizio alla mano ma comunque professionale.
Prezzi leggermente sopra la media.
Unico consiglio: occhio alle porzioni e al prezzo di alcuni piatti, perché siamo al limite del turistico
