In 1990 we spent a week visiting Valliano. My brother and I ate four portions of Pischi Noodles every lunchtime. These noodles are still an important part of our lives today. The owner said we should please let us know as they would then prepare more Pichi Thanks for the Pischi😃😋

Excellent service and quality food. My wife and I were looking for a lunch spot and ended up here. The service was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was also outstanding. The olive oil they put on the brushetta tasted like liquid gold. Everything we got here was wonderful. If I had to nit-pick my least favorite parts was the house wine, which tasted metallic like it wasn't fully clarified when bottled, and the atmosphere wasn't my favorite. That said, I would still recommend this to anyone in the area.

It’s like coming home. Delicious food. The place was full in January with locals and regulars. You can’t get a better recommendation than that. Great value.

Christmas lunch with family and friends we had a great time... more than good food and generous portions with the waiters asking if we wanted more... I personally had the gnocchi with pumpkin sausage and pecorino cream 3 times...

Il ristorante al nostro arriva era pienissimo e per questo il servizio non è stato velocissimo. Abbiamo preso due pici che erano davvero stratosferici...credo che li ricorderemo per molto tempo! Dei crostini pensavamo meglio... Dolci buonissimi e molto golosi. Conto onesto. Siamo usciti soddisfatti e con la pancia piena.

Dit restaurant (en hotel) is gelegen langs een verbindingsweg. Er is een groot overdekt terras, met voldoende tafels (+/- 50 personen). Ook binnen is voor zowat hetzelfde aantal personen plaats. Familiale uitbating en familiale behandeling van de klanten. Eerlijke en authentieke Italiaanse gerechten aan een zeer betaalbare prijs. Dit is geen sterrenrestaurant, maar gewoon heel goed met een leuke sfeer.

18/02/2025: Everything good and organised. Work lunch.
04/02/2025: On the way back or from Florence we stopped for lunch. Not having booked, they were kind enough to find a place for us. The lady who served i. Very kind and attentive table. We took a platter of cold cuts as an appetizer, good cured meats and really excellent ham. As a first course, pasta with ragù According to a mixed grill Cadfe wine and water. Everything really good and genuine If you are on the road it is worth stopping and experiencing excellent value for money and service.

19/03/2025: Great place to stop along the road between Florence and Grosseto, a few kilometers from the road, but in a quiet village.
16/12/2024: All delicious, the first courses slightly salty, excellent value for money
