The service was outstanding but the food wasn’t perfect. If you’re looking for a place to eat I still recommend here, as most of the dishes were really good, unfortunately one or two were a little bland in comparison to other food we’ve had in Rome.

first time I leave 5 stars... truly well deserved... we were passing through on our last day in Rome... we look at the menu on the noticeboard, a gentleman (the owner) tells us that the food is good... nice... . ok we confirm a table for him.. 8pm we go in, the welcome is good, the place has high ceilings, not chaotic... well set tables, very nice and rich menu.. from meat to fish.. we opt for the carbonara and amatriciana. Roman saltimbocca, and finally the fruit salad... digestives included, limoncello and wild cherries... .. all truly super... highly recommended

We had dinner on New Year's Day 2025 choosing Abbacchio accompanied with sautéed chicory and Guancia with Artichoke. What to say... SPECTACULAR! We wanted real Roman cuisine and we found it here. The venue is very nice and the service and courtesy completed the evening.

I ordered the year-end course. It was a disappointment.
There was nothing particularly delicious, it was just average. Frankly, it was too expensive for 120 euros. I would have been better off going to another restaurant.
The basic service was good, but they didn't offer or check cutlery, and I didn't think the service was particularly good.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice, and the ala carte menu seemed to have a good reputation, so it was a shame.

We had to leave and return because it was Christmas Eve, and the place was completely full. We waited a bit longer to be seated when we returned, but they placed us at their best table. The shrimp with garlic and oil was delicious and quite memorable, and it was a relief to enjoy a good carbonara finally. The panacotta and tiramisu were both very tasty. They offered us two bottles of licor as compensation for the wait, and the atmosphere was so great that after dinner, the different families were conversing festively with one another. The place is very legitimate, not fancy, and has reasonable prices. Overall, it was a solid experience.

A place where you breathe kindness and excellence. The service was attentive at all times. The food is a journey throughout Italy with the most typical foods from each region of the boot and the islands. Without a doubt I would return a thousand times.

Vi provade att äta en tre rätters middag med mat från de Italienska husmans köket. Mycket bra smaker och lagom stora portioner för varje rätt så att man blev inte proppmätt! Trevlig personal och snabb service! Tiramisun kunde ha haft lite mer savoiard i botten. 🍽️👍

Brilliant food, atmosphere and amazing service. A lot of Italian families eating here tells you something. Menu is exstensive, many fish dishes available a long with traditional Italian. Can highly recommend the filet steak.
