An exceptional view with delicious food. The caprese salad here is the best I have ever had. The nettle pasta here is also exceptional.

Fenomenaal uitzicht, mooie rit vanaf het meer en een prachtig toegangsweggetje. De kwaliteit van het eten wisselt per gerecht. We aten geweldige tartaar en prima bereid lamsvlees. De parpadella met vissaus viel tegen. De gnochi was smakelijk, maar niet buitengewoon. Lekkere nagerechten. Heerlijke wijn maar eel aan de prijs. Vriendelijke bediening.

Today we had dinner with 5 people. It was a fantastic evening with a great atmosphere and very tasty food. The portions are quite large. Everyone was thrilled. The creations were perfectly coordinated. Upon request, we received personal recommendations for food and wine! Everything fine!

We made a booking fully expecting to get a taxi from our hotel to the restaurant. However the owner of the hotel/restaurant collected us himself and drove us there. First impressions were just wow! Such a beautiful location with the most breathtaking views of Lake Garda. The restaurant is inside the most quaint hotel and we were seated in the conservatory area overlooking the lake. The menu was vast (especially the wine list which had over 700 wines!) and reasonably priced. My husband and I opted for the octopus starter which was sensational. The best I have ever eaten. It was presented beautifully and I could have eaten it over and over again! I then had ravioli for first course and tuna for main with the most amazing pistachio creme brûlée for dessert. It was honestly one of the tastiest meals I’ve ever had. The service was outstanding and the staff were fabulous. We were the last ones left at the end of the night and were never rushed at all. One of the staff members then took us back to our hotel. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The owner was the friendliest and I cannot wait to return on my next visit.

If I could I would give 8 stars. Romantic and elegant atmosphere, with classy furnishings and accoutrements, impeccable service, tables also overlooking the lake, welcome appetizer from the chef, exquisite dishes, good portions, careful plating, nice selection of wines, very friendly and helpful owner. thoughtful, his limoncello with lemons from the park is unique. fantastic to stop for an aperitif before dinner, or after, in the large park overlooking the lake, very well kept, all of this is worthy of a fairy tale.

Dear all, I can only recommend this place! A true family atmosphere combined with an extraordinary dinner experience. The wine list is unprecedented and you can choose from 700 different wines. Francesco - the owner - showed us his amazing wine cellar and even picked us up and gave us a ride back home. We came here yesterday for the first time and immediately booked another table for tonight again. The view is spectacular and the service is truly outstanding. My husband and I agreed in a heartbeat to stop here whenever we come by in the future.

Wonderful experience dining at Villa Sostaga. We were given an excellent wine recommendation and the food was some of the best we have had on our month trip in Italy! They also welcomed our 2-year old daughter, and cooked her a delicious pasta dish. The views are outstanding, it’s a must for a lunch and the villa itself looks like a beautiful place to stay.
