Ristorante Sostaga In Gargnano

03/03/2026: We returned to Osteria La Farinera in Meano, a small, charming village, about 15 years after our first visit, and found it completely renovated. The interior is much brighter and more refined, truly pleasant. Despite having reserved only half an hour in advance, we were lucky to find a table. The owner's welcome was warm and attentive: he seated us and offered us a glass of prosecco as an aperitif, a much-appreciated gesture. The menu doesn't offer a huge variety, but personally, I consider this a good sign of quality. The owner also explained the dishes to us, recommending some fish specialties that turned out to be truly delicious. We also tried the casoncelli pasta, which wasn't on the menu: excellent! The dishes are well-presented, carefully prepared, and tastefully revisited. The price is average, appropriate for the quality. On our way out, we passed through a side door and discovered a summer area with outdoor seating, ideal for both dinner and an aperitif. A very positive experience, we will gladly return!
