I went for lunch today and I can say it was an excellent choice.
Delicious food (we tried the tartare, the southern linguine and the asparagus risotto), kind, friendly, attentive and professional staff, fair price for the service received.
I highly recommend it.

This restaurant serves delicious fish dishes. You can't enter unless you make a reservation. This is a very popular shop. Depending on the season, there are table seats outside the restaurant where you can enjoy your meal.
Professionalism, customer focus and excellent quality, well-prepared food. Balance between price and quality of the meal.

I went to Solferino for a business dinner and the experience lived up to expectations. Elegant but not formal atmosphere, perfect for a business evening in a quiet and refined context. The service was impeccable: professional, discreet and attentive to detail. Excellent quality of the dishes, with fresh and well-enhanced ingredients. A safe choice for those looking for Piedmontese and Italian cuisine in the center of Turin, with a touch of refinement.

In a very refined and elegant environment our experience was excellent.
Vitello tonnato and raw meat excellent as well as the first courses, ravioles and agnolotti di magro excellent.
The original desserts were delicious and the selection of wines was remarkable.
Thanks to all the staff for their courtesy and friendliness.

Back from GAM, the Solferino restaurant was on our way and we went there by chance. We were lucky and were able to get a table on the terrace. We chose a starter (stuffed zucchini flowers and bacalà with a slightly lemony sauce) then a main course (spaghetoni and grilled octopus on a bean cream). The cuisine is very good and refined. The service is professional without being stuffy. We will come back with pleasure.
