I'm giving it 4 stars for service only because of the long wait. But the food is delicious, the portions are large, and the service is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

A delightful restaurant, it was a truly wonderful discovery! Despite the somewhat spartan welcome (when we entered, we found ourselves in front of a deli and food section preceding the restaurant wing), the restaurant area is charming: it extends to the back of the restaurant and extends onto a large veranda overlooking the garden. The atmosphere is familiar and authentic, and the food is delicious, whether you order from the restaurant or the pizzeria. The first courses were delicious (we ordered the remarkable tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms) and the side dishes (for us, the beans, which were clearly homemade, and the fried porcini mushrooms, which I highly recommend because they are truly worthy—also suitable for those who don't eat eggs because they are batter-fried with just water and flour). Also worthy of mention are the pizzas, which in their simplicity were truly delicious, smaller in size than a traditional pizza and which, personally, were very reminiscent of the homemade pan-baked ones, so thin and crispy—a must try! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even accommodating requests for pizza modifications. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended if you're in the area.

Quaint, very local establishment in the tiny enclave of Serre di Rapolano. Lucky for us it was the only restaurant open in the town that accommodated our group of 5. I imagine the server was perhaps tired from a long day of serving and we were the last customers at almost 10pm. So although the service suffered a bit, the food was great!

21/09/2025: The place has the perfect ambience at night. There are lights in the plants, live music and everyone is having a great time. The place was very busy but, luckily we got a table right away. The servers were very attentive and friendly. Can’t say enough positive things about them. The food and drinks were also amazing. The octopus was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife and it practically melted in your mouth. The carpaccio for a starter, that was shared, was a very good portion and it too was also incredible. Overall, I highly recommend coming here if you are in Taormina.

Each dish is a journey through the authentic flavors of Sicily. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special experience in Taormina.

The restaurant is welcoming, with a spacious dining room and outdoor seating: perfect for those seeking a quiet dinner, away from traffic and noise. The location is ideal: close to the center but far enough away to ensure peace and relaxation. The atmosphere is made even more pleasant by soft background music that accompanies the evening without disturbing. The menu is varied and well-curated, with traditional dishes and excellent pizzas, prepared with quality ingredients. You can taste the passion in every course. But what really makes the difference is the welcome: every time we are greeted with the radiant smile of Melania, the owner's daughter, who brightens the evening with her cheerfulness.
