Excellent restaurant in Pizzo; We enjoyed the 6-course surprise menu "Sea" with the Calabrian wine accompaniment - Menu: Cozze with potatoes, beetroot stock and fennel, carpaccio of salmon with leek and peanut butter and quinoa, Polipo with carciofi and crunch, risotto with vongole and Mediterranean herbs, sepi spaghetti with mussel stock and bottarga, sea bass with truffle and fruit mayo, baba with Zabayone and chocolate nut, donuts - everything tasted very good; very attentive and competent service, nice ambience in the interior - it was still too fresh for the terrace - highly recommended, price-performance ratio more than suitable

I went to this restaurant last night with my boyfriend and I was thrilled! The food was simply divine: each dish prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, authentic flavors and impeccable presentation. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. But the real icing on the cake was the (waitress) it would be reductive to call her that who served us: kind, attentive and always smiling. He made us feel pampered from start to finish, advising us with great professionalism and kindness. The chef is super helpful and attentive to every single dish (I recommend taking the risotto with sea urchins, it's something indescribable) An impeccable service that made the evening even more special! A place absolutely worth trying and where I will definitely return ❤️

Truly Top. You absolutely must try it, dishes presented in an exceptional way, unique flavors and highly trained, welcoming and super friendly staff. We felt truly pampered. (Super girl in the dining room and the chef). I will return in the summer to the beautiful terrace

A Pizzo Calabro, Costa degli Dei, non potete perdervi il San Domenico..... . È situato accanto al parcheggio dell' ex Istituto Nautico (a Pizzo il parcheggio è un problema annoso) per cui è un valore aggiunto. Il locale affaccia sulla suggestiva baia della Seggiola, con una vista meravigliosa! L'accoglienza è all'insegna della familiarità, della gentilezza, della cortesia, della cordialità, posta in essere dalla responsabile di sala con spontaneità e naturalezza. Il locale è finemente arredato, molto accogliente, stile moderno, con gusto ed una elegante mise en place. Il menu è entusiasmante: antipasti memorabili quali i gamberetti con salsa topinambur oppure il polpo rosticciato con crema di zucca e senape al miele sono degni di nota (la mia descrizione dei piatti è approssimativa e poco puntuale). Tra I primi da menzionare gli spaghettini home made con il nero di seppia, yogurth e polvere di pesto, e tra I secondi la buonissima cernia CBT con aglio nero fermentato e senape/miele, la cui cottura era perfetta! Tra i dolci da menzionare il torrone bianco morbido alle mandorle, ed i piccoli krapfen al forno ripieni di crema pasticcera, e l'immancabile panettone creato dallo chef, con una sultanina e passito, una vera delizia tutta da divorare. La carta dei vini è ampia, da spazio alle eccellenze del territorio, spaziando anche al resto dell'Italia e non. Ma la vera eccellenza del locale è il giovane chef Bruno Tassone, scuola Alma, che con sapienti tecniche sa valorizzare ed esaltare l'eccellente materia prima, dando la propria impronta a piatti che richiamano la cucina mediterranea rivisitata in chiave moderna . È attento alla stagionalità tanto è che il menu cambia spesso in base a quello che il periodo offre. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è certamente adeguato, tenendo conto che si tratta di un ristorante di fascia medio/alta. Potrebbe essere il migliore ristorante del Vibonese per quel segmento di fascia? Senza dubbio si!! Consigliatissimo, andateci e ve ne innamorerete.....

Location con vista spettacolare sulla magnifica baia di Pizzo per questo ottimo ristorante gourmet gestito da un giovane e affiatato duo. Il duo è composto dalla preparatissima maitre e sommelier e dall’estroso e simpaticissimo chef. Ottimi accostamenti (gamberi e foie gras, fagioli e sardella) e grande tecnica. Da non perdere. Grande accoglienza e atmosfera amichevole, pur mantenendo elevato standard di servizio.
