This was my second visit to Parizzi Restaurant, and they knocked it out of the park again. Tailored appetisers prepared by the chef to compliment you meal selection. Amazing wine and friendly staff, dress code is relaxed which I prefer, just don't go in shorts and tee shirt.
The irony was that we only paid 60 euros more at Parizzi than we did the previous day in Milan at the galleria near La Scala / Duomo (the meal at the gallery [Savini's] was poor and uninteresting, you pay for where the restaurant is and that's it. Cost - 280 Euros for very little and we didn't even have wine).
The experience at Parizzi warrants as many visits as I can afford. My problem at Parizzi was that I wanted to eat all the dishes that arrived at our table, even the ones my two friends ordered LOL
Order the Tiramisu for two if its still available, the Dry Ice made the desert Magical (wish we ordered it).

I have just finished just shy of a 3 hour 7 course culinary extravaganza in a uniquely personal environment . A tasting of what’s on offer from The Parizzi Restaurant in the heart of Parma ( confession, It’s not my my first visit).
Food is exceptional, and the service is friendly. As expected for a top-class venue.
The courses were so different and surprising, I found it difficult to appreciate everything. I’m still not sure which course I preferred the most. They were all that good. Take a look at the photo’s!
I hope you have the opportunity to book a table at The Parizzi Restaurant, It’s on another level.

Fantastic. Service, cellar, high-level dishes, formal but relaxed environment. Very adequate prices. Pleasant confirmation, even surprise. Spaghetti bottarga and red mullet. Foie gras.Mont blanc.Top in Parma.

Came back after a few years.
Always excellent.
This time fish dinner.
Always everything super.
At the end of dinner, chef Marco Parizzi asks the guests how the dinner went.
A unique friendliness, not the frequent "yes, I know I'm good and I'm only asking so you can say two things..." approach.
Also excellent overnight stay in their suites

5 stars for each item proposed. Food, service, environment... Congratulations. Pleasant evening, truly relaxing, excellent dinner. Excellent service and menu finally with different proposals than usual. Relaxing, welcoming, elegant place. Highly recommended for a chic dinner.

I really liked the environment, with different works of art.
However, I was a little disappointed by the cuisine which does not offer many typical Parma dishes. I had chosen the restaurant precisely because on the website it offers "revisited Parma cuisine".
I found the choice of wines by the glass to be a bit limited, only 7 wines and not of a very high standard, no Champagne by the glass (only one Cremant).
The sight of ice cream prepared directly at the table with liquid nitrogen is very nice.

This was far and away the best meal (and best service) we had in two weeks in Italy. The 5-course tasting menu was superb. Their 1000+ bottle wine cellar is amazing.
