I have always lived in Parma and I tried this restaurant as a birthday present for myself, with my partner. We opted to create 2 à la carte menus, one from land and one from sea. The quality of the products used is indisputable and the skill with which they are cooked and presented represents an added value that is not easy to find in another restaurant in Parma. Courteous, competent and discreet service, the sommelier was able to recommend the most suitable wines for our dishes. Given what was written previously and the pleasant additions from the kitchen, an expense of around €90 per person in 2024 is below the expense of restaurants of the same level. Unforgettable experience, we will definitely return.

Refined and quality restaurant, but the average price per person is excessive for what is offered. Carefully prepared dishes, including fish-based dishes. Attentive and friendly service, very extensive wine list but with decidedly "out of market" prices for most of the labels. Nice and elegant place.

We had been to this magical place of national gastronomy more than ten years ago, we remembered it as a real place of worship. I fully confirm this judgment today. Refined research in renewing ways of thinking and presenting dishes combine with a perfect result from the point of view of the taste of each food. Perfect service. High quality wine list. We are at the top of Italian catering!
