Ristorante Sa Pischedda Via Nazionale 2 In Bosa

I went with my boyfriend. The place was very welcoming and well-maintained, from the table setting to the service. The waiters were super helpful and very well trained. We had two pizzas (a rustica and a sa pischedda) that were really good; to finish, the tiramisu was truly excellent!! We'll be back.

A few steps after the Ponte Vecchio. A refined restaurant with a meat and fish menu, made with excellent ingredients. A dessert menu. Perfect portions. Professional, attentive yet discreet service. I found the prices to be fair.

A little gem I discovered by chance yesterday on my day off. I was pampered from the start, both by the friendly customer service and, above all, by the fantastic food. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can; places like this are hard to forget.

My daughter's and my gluten-free pizza arrived after they had already finished their meal. The reason was that my gluten-free pizza had to be cooked in a separate oven that was full... yes, but my nine-year-old daughter's didn't, and she had to wait over half an hour to eat. I suggest better coordination between the kitchen and the pizzeria.

The first time we ate here was 35 years ago, and we've been back since then; Bosa is a regular stop for us. Today I decided to leave a review to express my compliments. You've made an incredible evolution, and yesterday I had definitive confirmation of that. For our appetizer, we asked for simple vegetables, both sautéed and grilled. We certainly didn't expect them to be fresh and not frozen, as is often the case. The sautéed spinach was worthy of a high-end restaurant. I know it seems like a dish anyone can make, but it's the simple things that reveal the skill of the chef and his choices. Good pizza, good first courses. The chef knows what he's doing and chooses high-quality products. Well done, Sa Pischedda! You've grown so much! We'll definitely be back.
