Really pleasant experience at Rueda Gaucha on a quiet Monday in June. A couple's dinner. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The meat is the real star: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes and attentive and friendly service. Excellent value for money too. Ideal for those who love grilled food and want to treat themselves to an evening that is different from the usual. Highly recommended!

Have to say that for a moment that i closed my eyes and I was eating at my home... Astonishing quality steak! 1,2 kg of love made in Italy. From the wine made in Friuli to the grilled vegetables. The chimichurri, green pepper and a tomato sauce were the touch for experience new flavours in my mouth! Excellent service and a great work team make this place something to try if you are in Lignano!

Always a guarantee. Perfect sauce and surprising grilled shells. The highlight of the evening were the sautéed potatoes which accompanied the dishes, adding a special touch. The service is also excellent.

Definitely an excellent alternative to fish, this restaurant offers delicious meat-based dishes in a rustic and refined setting, with an open fireplace, although there are also some fish-based options on the menu. The service very kind and efficient. There is no wine list but you can choose the bottle from the window, unusual but still a good alternative to the classic menu. I can't fail to mention the dessert: the creme brulee is special.

08/05/2025: Pleasant staff who kindly welcomed us upon entering the restaurant and seated us at a clean table. The waitresses are nice and smiling, nothing to complain about. The food was perfectly fine and tasty. The only thing I would like to point out is that the soup should be served hot and not lukewarm...otherwise everything is OK. I wish you all the best.
