We were here for the second time today because the lamb chop on the grill is absolutely sensational. We still haven't managed to post a picture of the food... But the Grappa di Nonno is also top-notch.

I went on Friday 10 October 2025 with a friend, we had dinner in this restaurant, we had a good time, and immediately approached by the waiters, we had not booked, but they gave us a table anyway and we ordered in a few minutes, very kind

Great restaurant, amazing food.
We had the T-bone steak (for two people) together, each with a side dish. Make sure you come hungry.
If you get a table by the grill, you can watch the meat being prepared.
Note that it's best to reserve a table, as the place is popular.

Food like a dream come true. I've been coming to Lignano for seven years and always visit La Rueda Gaucha. The food is excellent. I always order the carpaccio, balsamic steak, and the pistaccio mousse for dessert. Fantastic service; I feel very comfortable here. Please make a reservation in advance, as it's very busy every evening. Thank you for the fantastic food, and I hope to return for many more years.
