Restaurant Review: Rueda Gaucha I had the pleasure of dining at Rueda Gaucha last night, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was beautiful. We started with a mixed platter of meats, featuring prosciutto and lardo from Mangalica. This appetizer was fantastic, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Fiorentina steak. It was perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and truly impressive. A single baked potato wrapped in foil was the perfect side dish, providing just the right amount of accompaniment. Additionally, the offering of various pestos and salts in small dishes alongside the steak was a winning touch, allowing us to enhance each bite to our liking. Overall, Rueda Gaucha exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere make this a restaurant we will definitely return to. Highly recommended!

Nice place, soft lights, not noisy, professional staff who offer advice on the choice of dishes. Nice dishes. The rib is cured in front of the customer before being served. You can find both beer and wine, bottled or house-made. Very well presented and tasty dishes. The only small complaint was that the house red wine, admittedly on a hot August evening, was slightly too room temperature.

Service from the boss and her employees was first class. The selection of many dishes from steak, chicken, fish noodles was excellent. Just very good for dinner. That's why it's number 2 in Lignano. Always happy to come back. Simply delicious

Steaks were exceptionally good and the cooking level was perfect. The size of the fillet steaks was an absolute positive surprise The card was supposed to be 270g, but these were quite a bit larger (one was almost Chateaubriand). Side dishes are great too! Service was courteous and friendly. The ambience is very nice outside, but the inside with the open fire can't be beat! 5/5 only recommended!

It was extremely hot even after 9 o’clock in the evening, a little cooling/water spray would be good. Nice, but a bit slow service! The food made me forget everything because the scoglio was delicious! (We didn't taste the steak, but it was spectacularly served!) I recommend you to try it!
