Excellent restaurant choice at all levels!!!

The fish was outstandingly prepared. The wine list was sumptuous.

“I want to have fun with a taste journey! I don't agree with the division between appetizer, first course, and second course!!” I let myself be guided by instinct, the balance of the seasons, and the skill of those behind the stove who know how to translate raw ingredients into pure emotion. In this restaurant, one of the most refined and dynamic in Rome—just steps from the Quirinale, where elegance meets history—the gastronomic experience is not a simple lunch or dinner, but a multi-act tale, never the same, always surprising. I had the pleasure of finding it thanks to a tip from a diligent policeman guarding the Prime Minister's office. Let's begin: Each course was a different chapter: raw fish that speaks of the sea with cleanliness and precision, cooked dishes that celebrate technique and respect for the ingredient, desserts that seem like small works of art that change over time. All accompanied by an extensive, refined, and passionately curated wine list: ranging from the great classics to more daring choices, always worthy of the dishes offered. Special thanks go to Totò, an attentive, courteous, and rare professional presence. To chef Alin Samson, the silent architect of a cuisine that doesn't chase trends, but anticipates them. Their synergistic work makes every lunch memorable, intimate, and tailor-made. Vincenzo, the owner, is a wonderful host! The bill reflects the quality of the offerings, as it should be: here you can experience the luxury of excellence, of genuine hospitality, of attention to detail. Very kind and professional staff, well prepared food with very fresh ingredients

A high end Roman restaurant. Fine dining at its best. Service was impeccable. Apparently, a popular spot for local politicians to eat at . I ate there in October 2023. Definitely going back! Bring lots of money and or your credit cards. 🙂 Adriano

Excellent fish starters (raw and fried) and fish first courses

Entering the history of Rome, going down those stairs and admiring the lobster aquarium. Getting lost in front of the fish of the day display case and seeing the wooden boxes of Italian and international wines, brings to mind the splendor and magnificence that Rinaldi represents for Roman pride. Sitting at these large tables and being welcomed by Vincenzo, the host and all his highly trained staff, opens the perspective on what will be a taste experience. Tartare and Carpacci lead the way to what they were waiting for with such trepidation... Lobster! Yes, an excellence of taste and flavor, a balanced and delicious dish that married wonderfully with the bubbles chosen to accompany it. We also tried the pacchero which did not disappoint expectations. Finally, they surprised me by presenting me with a simple but certainly effective dessert to celebrate my birthday. Excellent service, wide choice of high quality fish.

Antipasti buoni così come il tiramisù mentre i primi lasciano molto molto a desiderare. Sicuramente il pesce è fresco e di qualità ma i prezzi sono esagerati. Partendo dalla location, il ristorante si trovato interrato senza né luci né finestre; una Coca-Cola 10€ e addirittura il pane viene pagato 5€ per persona. Il cameriere nel grattugiare la bottarga l’ha fatta cadere 2 volte per terra e il pezzo caduto l’ha riportato in cucina (l’avrà buttato o l’avrà servito al prossimo cliente?! Hmmmmmmmm). Per il prezzo pagato consiglio uno stellato onestamente
