Returning to this restaurant after some time, I found the beautiful, sober and elegant Milanese atmosphere that distinguishes it. Nice choice of starters, rich menu and everything was delicious.
And I confirm that the Milanese ossobuco with its accompanying yellow risotto is an experience, this dish alone... is worth a trip to Milan!

Had a pleasant dinner, the service was very attentive. The location is great, you can take a walk to the city center after dinner. Risotto Milanese is really delicious.

Establishment of via Solferino, the street of the largest Italian newspaper, the Corriere! The great Indro Montanelli was at home here. Good value for money, an environment that is a mix of old Milanese bourgeoisie, demanding international tourism, and fashion.

Very good food, we had dinner on the terrace. The only negative point that has nothing to do with the restaurant is the number of mosquitoes due to the heat, however the restaurant took measures to ensure that customers were protected, using repellent and candles. Apart from this point, everything was very good, we ended dinner with a trip to the Duomo. Stay close! I advise

Restaurant is already 65 years old. This means that every thing here is on the top level. But at the same time it is more family vibe than fancy

Good food but the owner has turned arrogant. The waiter doesn’t know what a smile is and they are all happy when you finish to eat, pay and go. Tourists for them are a nuisance, but they will gladly take their money.

Un ristorante dalla passata gloria, andavo con mio padre tanto anni fa, era una vera istituzione a Milano. Oggi conserva un piacevole sapore retrò, con servizio ineccepibile, ma ove il cibo risulta meno interessante di prima, forse un po’ pesante, senza quel pizzico di eccellenza che forse uno si aspetta da un locale storico nel cuore di Milano. Siamo stati bene, abbiamo mangiato nella media, con piatti a tratti molto pesanti. Suggerirei di tornare alle origini con una chiave moderna dei piatti, più leggeri e meno pasticciati. La carne non era cattiva, ma anche qui, nulla di straordinario.
