Ristorante Pizzeria San Bartolomeo In Gubbio

On our way back from Circeo we stopped at this restaurant for a quick lunch. We took well-made and good quality second courses of meat, the place is a classic restaurant from years gone by with a large dining room, but this does not mean there is a lack of privacy with more secluded tables. Definitely a point of reference when we pass through the area. Excellent value for money... Promoted.

Excellent home-made food and staff, quality and price. Ok

The food is of good quality, but unfortunately the experience was penalized by the waiting times. We waited about an hour for anything to arrive (other than water, of course). After about 20 minutes the bread was brought to us, but without any accompaniments such as oil or butter, which made the wait even more evident. In total, we were at the restaurant for about 3 hours and didn't have a chance to do much else the rest of the day. I understand that inconveniences can occur in the kitchen, but what disappointed me most was the attitude of one of the waiters (who was probably actually the owner because we saw him again at the checkout): not very empathetic and, in some moments, almost annoyed , with no sign of apology for the delay. I hope this was an isolated case, because with more attentive service the restaurant could offer a great experience

When I'm passing through I prefer it to others, the food is good, plentiful first courses and excellent starters, furthermore the owner is very courteous and even gave us a bit of a discount

We had dinner during the Christmas period in this restaurant, found by chance, we had a great time... the food was excellent... highly recommended... trust me

We went for lunch on Sunday, having read the positive reviews I booked and I must say that this is the case! Everything was excellent from the food to the welcome, we were quite satisfied with the service and also the quality for the price! I hope to return soon!

Siamo andati diverse volte ed è andato sempre bene, l'ultima volta in agosto sono rimasta delusa, abbiamo mangiato poco in 4: 4 pizze, due bottiglie di acqua e due dolci, alla cassa un conto approssimativo, forse perché altimenti veniva troppo poco, non penso che ci ritorneremo

ambiente giusto per mangiare cibo ottimo e squisito, primi piatti di pasta diverse varietà di condimento, secondi di carne o pesce squisiti, vino e dolci unitamente al caffè e digestivo completano una piacevole sosta in un locale gestito dai proprietari gentili e ottimi cuochi, nonchè la disponibilità dei collaboratori attenti e veloci. Cosa dire di più.....prezzi giusti e sapori del territorio con prodotti locali completano tutto. Da provare assolutamente, lo consiglio.
