The location isn't the best, as it's next to a gas station. The restaurant is homey, the staff friendly, and the food amazing! Excellent value. We'll definitely be back, as Gubbio is a regular stop on our travels.

Found it by chance, while passing through. Very welcoming and clean place. The owner and staff are very kind and attentive to their customers. Excellent cuisine and delicious dishes. We'll definitely be back!

A restaurant suitable not only for quick lunches but also for beautiful ceremonies! Wonderful hospitality, homemade pasta, excellent meat! Gianluca was a master of all situations. A wonderful finishing touch was karaoke with the great artist "Blasco."

Tre piatti: crostini tutti diversi, gnocchi all’anatra e un secondo di lumache di terra. Tutto servito abbastanza velocemente nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno. La qualita’ veramente merita una segnalazione. Il tutto ad un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Da andare e provare!

The food is excellent and authentically traditional, with dishes that showcase local traditions. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Gubbio without sacrificing comfort, and the value for money is truly unbeatable. This place is definitely worth a visit and will remain a must-visit: if I were to return to Gubbio, I would have no hesitation in choosing this place again! Excellent.

21/07/2025: My first and most enjoyable experience at Osteria del Carro was a sliced steak seasoned with flavored salt, an appetizer of light fried dishes, and an excellent red wine recommended by the host, a blend of two grape varieties. The lemon semifreddo was refreshing after such flavorful dishes. Overall, I found courtesy, authenticity, and excellent value. I'll definitely be back!
