On this beautiful sunny day, we took a tour and stopped in Buggiano Castello...then for lunch we came to this restaurant...a stunning panoramic view...rustic and well-kept atmosphere...traditional Tuscan dishes with a slightly revisited twist...friendly service with extreme kindness in serving the dishes...well-combined and tasty dishes...the fillet I ate was cooked to perfection...prices are average for the area...definitely worth trying...we'll be back...

Filet with green pepper really Tasty, good sautéed mushrooms, excellent tiramisu. The cost is not very low but the quality is there. Beautiful location, especially in the evening (very engaging panoramic terrace).

Ristorante Selva Bassa

16/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a sports center with tennis courts, soccer fields, paddle tennis, and a swimming pool open in the summer. I often stay after the pool to eat the pizza, which is by far the best. Thin, but fragrant and easy to digest.
08/09/2025: Excellent value for money. Ideal place for those with small children.

07/09/2025: On a recommendation, we dined at MAT. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We ate really well and will definitely return. The price, in our opinion, was very reasonable for the very high quality of the food. It's also suitable for a family dinner with kids, like we did.
