01/05/2025: The place is nice, there is a first room at the entrance colored red, a second next to the pizza oven and then the veranda, illuminated by fairy lights and heated even in winter. I went there on two occasions, in the first we had dinner from an à la carte menu and in the second we had a pizza. The pizza was excellent, light and of good consistency. The fried gnocco taken as an appetizer with raw ham was really excellent, not greasy or heavy, and the size of the dish was also sufficient for two people. The rest was also good, some chose the risottos and others the meat, the mixed fried food was excellent. A good restaurant for an evening with friends or for a romantic dinner for two. We also tried it as a takeaway pizzeria, obviously it depends on the evening in some cases you have to wait for takeaway. I would like to point out that we had been warned in advance about the waiting time on the phone since they had a full restaurant.
30/04/2025: A nice discovery, this pizzeria (also restaurant) two minutes' drive from the center of Tradate.
The environment is elegant, refined and in shades of red (like the name itself), the service is attentive and friendly.
We only ate the pizza and I must say that we liked it a lot: soft and well-leavened dough in the crust, not rubbery, thinner in the center. The ingredients are equally high quality, perhaps I was expecting a few more notes of flavor on the buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil, but still good.
Correct prices, we will be back!
