La Mimosa is truly a pleasant discovery in Gallarate. The quiet and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by pleasant jazz music, creates the perfect setting for a relaxing dinner. The quality of the dishes is excellent, carefully crafted and in keeping with the spirit of Mediterranean cuisine, with great attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; special thanks to Matteo, always available and ready to offer recommendations from the extensive wine list. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and I've always had a great experience. I find it harder to find satisfaction here, where you get to see people reinventing themselves, changing, and taking on new challenges, than it is to evaluate a place you've only been to once (it's a hit or miss). Congratulations to all of you at La Mimosa for the passion and care you always put into it, and for your desire to always offer your customers something new and special.

What an experience! The venison burger was absolutely incredible – juicy and full of flavour – and the pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had, with a perfectly crispy crust and lovely ingredients. The wine was delicious, and the espresso topped off the meal perfectly. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming. A real local gem that you simply must visit! We will definitely be back!

Thin crust pizza...not like the one in Naples...the flavor is pretty good, but I would have preferred it to be more rustic...they all seem a bit similar. High priced, given that we're in Caiello, a hamlet of Gallarate, not Milan.

Il Ristorante La Mimosa è una certezza cresciuta negli anni, che si è consolidata nelle cura e nell'eccellenza, senza mai perdere di vista la semplicità. Oltre al buon cibo e alla squisita cortesia dei proprietari e del personale, quello che risalta è soprattutto l'atmosfera che sa essere intima e raffinata, pur riuscendo a non ergersi su un piedistallo di alterezza. La ricerca dei sapori con accostamenti sempre interessanti degli ingredienti è al centro dell'offerta culinaria, presentata con un impiattamento curato ed elegante. La location non è centrale, ma vale sicuramente la pena raggiungerla per mangiare bene e godere di un'esperienza che si distingue certamente dalla media e sa essere fortemente identitaria, testimonianza di un progetto di accoglienza e ristorazione in cui nulla è lasciato al caso. La varietà del menù, la carta dei vini e e i prezzi sono assolutamente adeguati all'esperienza.
