The restaurant looks very shabby from the outside. I'd even say it's shabby. Immediately upon entering, you can feel the cool atmosphere; it's clean and quite nice. I ordered the mussel tasting menu. Delicious. The mussel pasta in a velvety sauce with tomatoes and zucchini ribbons blew my taste buds away. Perfection. And the baked mussels with fish liver in tomato sauce for dessert are a masterpiece. I absolutely recommend it. The service was perfect; the owner asked me and the other guests if I liked it. A brilliant restaurant.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a nautical style, even featuring Christmas decorations. There are only a few tables, but they're well-spaced. The meat-based antipasto was good, the carbonara was plentiful (though it took a while to get it), and the blueberry tart was delicious. The bibs given to customers are a distinctive feature.

It seems like an unremarkable restaurant from the outside, but inside, everything is beautiful and authentically Italian, without any pretentiousness. The service is excellent. There's a huge variety of fish dishes. The bill for two, including wine, was 80 euros.

Ristorante Cecio

08/02/2026: My boyfriend and I have been treating ourselves to a March stay at Cecio for three years now. I think it's almost unnecessary to comment on the beauty of the panorama surrounding Cecio, because being in the Cinque Terre is a given. The rooms (especially those with a sea-view balcony) are breathtaking, the staff is extremely friendly, and the restaurant serves exquisite seafood. We can't wait to return every May; it's a breath of fresh air.
03/02/2026: In the beautiful and lesser-known Corniglia, we had dinner at Cecio, recommended by the kind lady who rented us the apartment. This place was a lovely surprise. The location is truly fantastic, with a truly breathtaking view. Inside, there are two large rooms, one more traditional and the other with a slightly 1980s feel, but still welcoming. We tried the house antipasto, which was wonderful! Afterwards, we ordered two pasta dishes with monkfish, both of which were also very good. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The price was in line with the Cinque Terre average. We recommend it.

Bonjour Cafe'

19/10/2025: It's great cafe if you want to sit down, chill and observe the towns folks running their errands. It is smaller cafe, not a lot of tables outside and most of them were reserved for lunch hour. Still they tried their best to sit us down. They brought us drinks and they were so friendly to shower us with complimentary snacks. Bonus points from me! Beer was good, Aperol was original and prepared to good taste. I recommend stopping by.
