I had a wonderful experience at Ristorante Pizzeria Da Franco. The prices are very fair and the quality is excellent. The pizza was absolutely delicious – truly authentic, just like homemade Italian pizza. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is kind and attentive. If you’re looking for real Italian flavor at humane prices, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

There are no words to describe a place like this.... Family-run, offering perfect food.... Meat that releases the true flavor of beef... Top staff.... It was my first time coming here for work, but it will be a regular stop on my trips to Florence. Highly recommended.

I fell in love with this restaurant.
The perfect place to eat on a budget.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Ideally located near the tram station and many hotels.
I also liked the simple yet vintage decor, which further emphasized the warm atmosphere of the place.

I agree with the positive reviews: huge plates (even half a slice of swordfish in the center piece and a whole soup plate of boiled vegetables!) at rock-bottom prices. Everything was delicious, it's a small, family-run restaurant; I don't know how they manage to keep their prices down. There are two drawbacks: they don't answer the phone, so much so that on the first night I thought they were closed for vacation, and from the outside it's completely anonymous, making it hard to even enter.
Advice to foreign tourists: this is the true Italian hospitality that existed until the early 2000s. Go there because there are very few places like it in all of Italy.

Everything was excellent. We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a quiet place and reading some reviews. I agree with most of the reviews online. The place is family-friendly, the staff are very friendly and always available for any requests. Prices are reasonable. The food is delicious, and the pizza dough is spectacular. I've made a note of the place, and if we're in Florence again, we'll definitely be back.
