I agree with the positive reviews: huge plates (even half a slice of swordfish in the center piece and a whole soup plate of boiled vegetables!) at rock-bottom prices. Everything was delicious, it's a small, family-run restaurant; I don't know how they manage to keep their prices down. There are two drawbacks: they don't answer the phone, so much so that on the first night I thought they were closed for vacation, and from the outside it's completely anonymous, making it hard to even enter. Advice to foreign tourists: this is the true Italian hospitality that existed until the early 2000s. Go there because there are very few places like it in all of Italy.

Family and authentic atmosphere for dishes for less than €10, I recommend it for a simple meal!

Everything was excellent. We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a quiet place and reading some reviews. I agree with most of the reviews online. The place is family-friendly, the staff are very friendly and always available for any requests. Prices are reasonable. The food is delicious, and the pizza dough is spectacular. I've made a note of the place, and if we're in Florence again, we'll definitely be back.

Simply incredible! I stumbled upon this restaurant and it was a wonderful dining experience. I went with my family, and we all loved the place and the food. The lady who served us was very friendly and kind. I highly recommend the risotto 4 formaggio and the pineapple gelato; they're delicious. I'll definitely be back again when I can.

Partito da casa con la moto, ha subito cominciato a piovere. I locale fortunatamente è a un paio di km, i semafori erano verdi, mi sono bagnato pochissimo, avendo solida giacca attrezzata. Locale semplice e carino, tavoli tovagliati con tovaglioli di cotone, come sempre, accoflienza amicale. la mia lombatina sempre tenera e ben cotta, il petto di pollo di mio figlio ben grigliato e saporito. Solito vinello trentino frizzante e gradevole, come la serata. Caffè e grappino. Spesa equa. Fine serata con amichevole aneddotica chiacchierata.

Nos alojamos en un hotel cerca de SMN, pero queríamos alejarnos un poco de la zona turística e ir a comer donde los lugareños van. Encontramos este pequeño lugar por casualidad, caminando. Es un restaurante familiar, un lugar encantador, acogedor, con manteles de colores y un ambiente muy familiar. El propietario es una persona muy amable y acogedor. Tuvimos la oportunidad de contarle sobre nuestra historia familiar italiana en Argentina y sobre nuestro orgulloso padre "fiorentino", y nos dio buenas recomendaciones para probar algunas de las pastas. Los tagliatelle ai funghi porcini eran increíbles, soñé con ellos! Y también los espaguetis allá carretiera con peperoncino. Tomamos café después y nunca nos sentimos presionados para irnos como en otros lugares, al contrario, se sintió como tener un almuerzo dominical con nuestra familia italiana, tener tiempo para hablar y simplemente disfrutar de "la sobremesa", como lo llamamos en español. Elegimos comer allí de nuevo una segunda vez unos días más tarde, y cuando nos despedimos del propietario, le dijimos que el lugar hizo nuestros tres mejores restaurantes en un viaje de 3 países - 10 ciudades de meses de duración. Espero que volvamos a visitar!
