Absolutely average food, nothing special. You can find equally good or better pizzas everywhere in Malcesine.

Stayed here for a week. Perfect location and loved Malcesine. Staff from reception to restaurant all very friendly and helpful. The rooms as others mentioned are basic which was fine for us. Our room felt a bit cramped and shower cubicle was tiny. Rooms are super clean 👍, though some TLC is needed with decor and furniture. Great view from the balcony, spoilt by having noisy Aircon unit and pipes sat on the floor next to the table and some issue with a leaking pipe that seemed to have a towel wrapped around it. Ate in the restaurant twice, food was ok but nothing amazing, lack of atmosphere in the back room where we got put twice despite reserving a table in the front part. Preferred more interesting eats out in Malcesine. Breakfasts really good and lots of choice.

We had a very good meal here—not for the first time. Grilled trout and Fritzi the Mare. It was reasonably priced.

This is a lovely little hotel, right in the heart of Malcesine. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Gio who looked after us the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. I really hope we'll be able to return soon.

This is all about the restaurant, and it's fabulous. I haven't been this satisfied with the value for money in a long time. Truly great. The food is very good, the service is very good, and the atmosphere on the terrace is okay.
