We stopped at this very cute little restaurant without a booking and the waiter ( which I believe was Rocco?) was super friendly and speak different languages ( French, Spanish, English ) . He recommended us his favorite wine which was a fantastic choice . The food was excellent. Overall it was a great experience to be looked after and not being considered as another tourist

Excellent restaurant. From the service to the food. Rocco, the waiter, is a delight. Besides being friendly, he also recommended a delicious white wine! The restaurant is located on a quiet, yet quiet side street in the city center. We ordered pasta and calamari, and everything was excellent.

Had dinner with my husband and 10-month-old daughter. The dishes were unique and delicious, made with quality ingredients. The service was perfect; we were lucky enough to have Rocco as our waiter, who was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

01/09/2025: Terra Nostra restaurant is conveniently located on the road leading to the center of Otranto. The atmosphere is informal. Regarding the food, the quality is good. The dishes are well-prepared, with fresh ingredients that make for a pleasant dining experience. The cuisine is honest and never disappoints, even if it doesn't reach the pinnacle of excellence. In my opinion, the quality-price ratio is a bit unbalanced, especially regarding the price! This doesn't affect my rating: when paying, I asked the owner to round up to the nearest 0.60 cents a total of more than €100. The owner said NO. Not very friendly...
