We were very well received by a young waiter who spoke French, a real plus! The food is delicious, as are the wines! A very nice place away from the busy streets.

We had a great meal here Friday evening! Our excellent waiter Rocco guided us through the menu and entertained us with local information 👍. The food was delicious. We had the roast fresh sea bass. Delicious. Wine list fab too. Highly recommendable!!!

We happened to be in this restaurant while passing through Otranto. Exceptional restaurant, very kind staff, we were amazed, we are not used to such courtesy. Magnificent food, everything taken care of in the smallest details. We recommend the linguine with red shrimp, stracciatella and cherry tomatoes as a first course and the octopus as a second course. Approved, if we were to find ourselves near Otranto again we will definitely return!

Sono stata oggi in questo ristorante .. Locale molto carino, cameriere cordiale e gentile ,abbiamo preso come antipasto il pane bao ( buonissimo ) e il crostone con polpa di riccio , ottimi come primi le linguine con stracciatella e gambero rosso, buono il tiramisù

Abbiamo passato una piacevole serata in compagnia di ottimo cibo. É difficile scegliere la cosa più buona che abbiamo mangiato, ma sicuramente la guancia di vitello e il tagliolino al gambero rosso sono sicuramente sul podio. Super consigliato. Inoltre il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Incoho Ristorante

03/05/2025: At Incoho, chef Vito Murrone offers refined cuisine that combines technique and local identity. The entrée of seared cuttlefish on red cabbage cream opened the dinner with elegance and balance. Next, the spaghettoni with lobster confirmed the high level of the proposal, with a tasty and well-measured sauce. We also tasted a selection of raw and seafood carpaccio, carefully prepared and of excellent quality. To close, the Incoho Tiramisu: a well-structured dessert that reinvents a classic with personality.
03/05/2025: High-level dinner at Incoho, led by chef Vito Murrone, who offers creative cuisine rooted in the territory. We started with a selection of raw and seafood carpaccio, very fresh and well presented. The spaghettoni with lobster was perfectly balanced, while the grilled octopus on stracciatella impressed with its tenderness and successful combination. A cuisine that enhances the raw materials with technique and taste.
