Ristorante Osteria Sans Souci In Gardone riviera

We've been there several times over the past few years and have always been very satisfied!

A great, typical Italian restaurant in a small alleyway in Gardone Rivera. Very friendly service and a nice, small menu, including daily specials. Reservations by phone are recommended during peak season.

I ate at this restaurant as I had looked at many of the local restaurants beforehand and this one stood out for a few dishes on its menu. It did not disappoint. The beef tartare was amazing and I had the enjoyment of watching it get prepared in front of me on my table. It tasted fantastic. The gnocchi in shrimp bisque was such a great flavourful dish. I also asked for a white pizza to take away for later and this was not a problem. The service was top notch. All the staff were pleasant and professional. The actual restaurant had a great atmosphere and I would not hesitate to return again. Well done Sans Souci for a great job well done. Just to add- I was lucky to eat here as I was a walk-in and managed to bag a free table. There were many people turned away as the place was very busy due to its popularity.

The restaurant is set in a charming side street full of character, a beautiful location just steps from Lake Garda. The friendly and helpful staff catered promptly to our large party of 10, and we all enjoyed the delicious food from the generous menu. The only downside was the overly loud live music from an ‘acoustic’ duo at the entrance to the street, which made conversation (and thinking) difficult. Everything else was so good that even that didn’t take away from a five star review. Superb, thank you.

Narrow street restaurant, not the best food, bit overpriced. Probably pizza would be the best choice here. First time I had carbonara with fish 😀

Delicious food and very friendly staff

AMAZING!!! absolutely love this restaurant. Pizza is 10/10 with more than standard choices and the burrata… heavenly. Reservation is recommend if you want a seat.
