Ristorante Osteria Favorita In Bastia umbra

Everything was excellent. Perhaps the first course I ordered was a smaller portion than expected, but still exceptional. I went on the recommendation of some friends who mentioned a "build-your-own" tiramisu, but I couldn't find it among the desserts. A shame, but excellent alternatives nonetheless!

We'd heard good things about this place, so we decided to try it. A very beautiful and well-kept atmosphere. A typical Emilian restaurant with a very compact menu, with very little cooked food. Typical appetizers include traditional cured meats like Culatello and Mortadella, paired with the obligatory fried gnocco. Four or five first courses, including the ever-present tortellini, tagliatelle, and gramigna. Classic sauces: ragù, sausage, and parmesan cream. Among the second courses, we find the usual dishes that have very little Emilian flavor... like tagliata. Among the desserts, however, aside from a Zuppa Inglese and a Crema Catalana, there are some unusual and very well-made options. The wine list is very well-stocked, including a very interesting selection for the end of the meal. The secret of this place, if we can call it that, is its simplicity: it's certainly not haute cuisine, but the use of excellent ingredients ensures that when you wake up at the end of the meal, you still feel satisfied and contented. The bill isn't for everyone's budget, but it's definitely average for this place's target market. It's not a 5☆ rating just because, as mentioned, there isn't much real cuisine, but for everything else, from the ambiance to the staff, this Osteria Emiliana deserves a full score. Well done, we'll definitely be back...

Very nice location and delicious food!

One of the best restaurants in the area, both for its location and the quality of its food. Dishes are prepared with excellent ingredients and carefully presented. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are in line with the quality offered. The restaurant also features a swimming pool and an outdoor patio for summer evenings. Recommended.

Consigliatissimo, Era un po' che non ci tornavo.. Ieri sera per me gnocco fritto e tortelli in crema di parmigiano....fantastici. Carta dei vini di grande qualità. Personale accogliente e preparato Bisogna solo tornarci per provare altro:)
