Everything was perfect, as always. I've been coming here for 10 years, and the quality has never dropped!! One of my favorite restaurants in Bologna. What can I say about the staff? Always friendly, smiling, and ready to chat before saying goodbye. Keep it up!! Sonny - Sara - Riccardo

I found this place by chance, but it'll definitely be a regular stop every time I'm in the area. I recommend the orecchiette with turnip tops, which are truly delicious, and I especially recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to eat quality food. It's definitely one of my favorites. Nicola

First time at this lovely restaurant. Very intimate and well-kept. Excellent food, absolutely in line with the price list. The owners are friendly but never intrusive. I highly recommend this restaurant; we will definitely be back!

Ci siano stati a pranzo qualche giorno fa' e poco dopo ci siamo tornati subito per farci un delizioso aperitivo e cena . Tutto perfetto dalla location elegante ma che ti fa sentire in ambiente familiare, ogni piatto fatto con grande cura e sapori unici , fino al dolce e caffè speciali davvero e da provare tutti . Ritorneremo con grande piacere

16/01/2026: A hidden gem worth finding!!! Wonderful meat and traditional dishes, served with the warmth of authentic Bologna. The pasta is absolutely divine. A thrilling menu and a selection of Black Bay gins to fall in love with.
30/12/2025: Wow! An absolute gem in Bologna. Don’t be fooled by how unassuming this place looks from the outside. The food here was outstanding. Without exaggeration, this was the best meal we had in Bologna and honestly across all of Italy. If you’re looking for truly traditional Bolognese food, this is the place. The handmade tortellini were beautiful — delicate, rich, and clearly made with so much care. Every dish we tried was exceptional. The service made the experience even better. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel completely at home. They were incredibly accommodating and clearly passionate about what they do. A must-visit if you’re in Bologna - can’t recommend Osteria Black Bay highly enough.
