We ordered the bresaola and carbonara pasta which were so good we almost didn’t believe they were vegan. Such amazing food! The restaurant wasn’t very cozy and there was no music so I highly recommend improving the ambience (maybe even add some tables outside + cozy lights) Overall, a great experience and I would come back😍

I had the Nirvana-style parcel as an appetizer, followed by the truffled carbonara for the first course, the Chianti-scented roast seitan for the second course, accompanied by baked potatoes, and finally, I had their delicious tiramisu. I enjoyed their fantastic smoothie under two beautiful magnolia trees outside their restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient. Thank you so much, and see you soon.

Absolutely amazing food and really friendly service. Everything was very delicious; the truffle carbonara in particular was absolutely divine. My only regret is not having more room in my stomach to eat more.

absolutely loved their vegan carbonara with seitan—honestly one of the best I’ve had. The sauce was super creamy and rich without feeling heavy, and the seitan added that perfect smoky, slightly chewy texture that really made it feel like a proper carbonara, not just a “vegan version.” It was one of those dishes where you stop talking for a second because you’re just enjoying every bite. The place itself has a really nice vibe—cozy but still stylish, the kind of spot where you can easily stay longer than planned. Service was friendly and relaxed, which made the whole experience even better. I didn’t get to try the tiramisu this time, but after that carbonara, I’m 100% coming back for it. If it’s anywhere near the same level, it’s going to be incredible.

Came here all wet from a rainy day and the food was like a big hug. The serves were so kind and patient, explaining each dish we asked about since the menu has no description. The best dish was the spaghetti amatriciana with seitan bits, the carbonara and the truffle pizza. We liked it so much we came back the next day and had the seitan calabrese (spicy) the veggie lentil soup, amazing baked potatoes (which was more like roasted potatoes) and a side plate of raw fresh Italian ripe tomatoes! So delicious. The dessert we tried the tiramisu (no coffee in this one), the chocolate pear cake (a choc cake with a pear puree on top and a hazelnut spread) the chocolate pudding and the cheesecake. We also ordered pear and peach juices which were really nice. The only dish we didn’t love was the broccoli ravioli. Absolutely the best vegan place in Florence!

Excellent vegan food served with promptness and warmth. We had such a great time that we had dinner here two times during our stay in Florence. The carbonara was especially delicious. The linguni, gnocchi, and the potatoes (patate) were also standouts.

It's my first time eating at a vegan restaurant, and it was an interesting experience and reasonably priced. I recommend the roast seitan.

I went for dinner on Saturday. Overall, the experience was positive. The waiter was really nice and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the menu. The music helped create a relaxing atmosphere. Toward the end, however, we felt a bit rushed: we were told they were closing, although more people came in, so the situation wasn't entirely clear. The dishes are generous, and the prices are average: from 10 to 15 euros for both first and second courses. There's always room for improvement, but overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent vegan restaurant with lots of choices! We had the seitan Milanese, the lasagna, and the tiramisu for dessert—it was all excellent. Friendly staff! Thank you!! I highly recommend it 🙂
