We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and we had confirmation of the quality and accuracy in the preparation of the food. Very fresh fish, plating like a true professional, lover of his work, which is done with passion. We have returned several times and have always been satisfied with both the food and the presentation of the dishes and we also felt pampered. Giuseppe, the owner is a true professional. I highly recommend trying this place, we tried all the dishes and we have never been disappointed.

The only handicap is not knowing in advance what the menu is which is linked to the daily catch but since it is fish the certainty that it is fresh can be worth the attempt

The food is very good but the payment policy is very strange. We waited 45 minutes to pay the bill because the waitress doesn't have the right to cash out 🤔 We had to wait a long time for the chef to get off his plate and deign to pay us 😒 The waitress was very nice, she was rushing around like an ant and apologizing to us all the time.

Fantastic experience, Giuseppe (chef) fully transfers all his passion and experience for the culinary art to his dishes and therefore to his customers.
We have dined several times in this fish-based restaurant (metro 0), the always surprising menu varies daily according to the availability of fresh fish and local raw materials, unique in La Maddalena capable of imaginatively preparing always different dishes to enhance the local products, only fresh fish, unlike classic restaurants that offer the same menu all year round.
In the photos, fried paranza, fresh pasta tagliolini with scampi and sweet semifreddo with prickly pears on a caramelised corn base, all truly fantastic.
Simple environment and friendly staff, excellent availability of wines and prices below average, excellent quality/price ratio.
Dishes for refined palates, don't expect abundant portions of spaghetti with seafood full of oil and sauce, a place for lovers of refined cuisine!

I was in this restaurant in August this year and I ate very well, in particular I recommend the starter with seafood cured meats and the spaghetti with octopus and radicchio as a first course. Too bad for the digital menu which didn't work well due to the connection and for a quarter of the house wine which most likely had taken off.

While the boat rental company had recommended other restaurants in town, the reviews made me book here (access not guaranteed but negotiable with the small private port right in front for a 6m zodiac) and I did well!
A great discovery!
Small typical restaurant in a simple, well-ventilated room and fresh dishes.
Beautiful grilled fish and vegetables, sirloins, all delicious.
But above all, such friendly service, in the kitchen and in the dining room. Not easy for two when there are people, but only smiles and good advice from our waitress because the menu is in Italian.
Very good value for money for the place.

The menu changes based on what the fishing boat catches that day, furthermore the cuisine also consists of totally original dishes. You can sense a lot of passion behind the stove. The caramelized octopus, the swordfish cheesecake, the confit ray, the mussel meatballs with brandy in the appetizers are something incredible. Excellent first courses and kept on the grill very fresh. Well done, it's a shame I discovered you at the last minute.
