Il Nazionale is a restaurant that has obtained a Michelin star thanks to the refined cuisine prepared with creativity and sensitivity for the local raw materials chosen by the chefs. The menu offers à la carte dishes, for those who do not intend to taste many dishes, or three different solutions which include: a first course consisting of eight dishes chosen by the chef, a second with traditional dishes and a third intermediate menu. Table service is also excellent.

We went to Nazionale for my husband's birthday and it was a pleasant surprise. Cozy environment, and every dish top marks! I fell in love with the “chiodini e safferano” dish, as well as the “under the snow” dessert.
Really kind sommelier who also showed us some particularities of the chosen wine
Innovative combinations and really to my tastes

Ogni volta che veniamo a cenare qui abbiamo la conferma di aver scelto bene: Il Nazionale è certamente uno dei migliori ristoranti del cuneese. Cucina raffinata con ottime materie prime locali, piatti che sono un piacere per la vista e che fanno sognare quando li assaggi… È un piacere leggere la carta dei vini che presenta sempre interessanti novità. Il locale è curato in ogni dettaglio, è accogliente e gradevole ed il personale è qualificato e sempre attento ad ogni esigenza pur mantenendo la giusta discrezione. Questa sera ottimo “menù classico” terminato con l’interessante spiegazione di Christian Macario sui vari tipi di Charteuse con degustazione!! Grazie!!

Tutto perfetto dal cibo al servizio e alla cortesia ,bravi! Solo un pensiero : magari io sono all' antica ma le tovaglie mi piacciono ancora, mangiare senza ,direttamente sul tavolo insomma...ora va di moda e sicuramente impegna molto meno però un bel tovagliato...
