Destinazione abbastanza lontana da grandi centri e da aristocratiche mete turistiche ma forse proprio questo contribuisce a rendere l'esperienza significativa e appagante.
La cucina è ben eseguita, con la giusta originalità e complessità, e una grande attenzione ai sapori vegetali e alle note amaricanti.
Nota di merito alla carta dei vini, varia e per di più onesta nei ricarichi.
Servizio impeccabile, sommelier preparato e ambiente in elegante equilibrio tra il rustico (con qualche suppellettile di troppo) e il minimalista.

A place well known in the past. After making a reservation, we tried the local tasting menu. Let's say that as often happens in good starred restaurants, in addition to the good and well-presented food, the pleasant environment and the furnishings, you have an experience in every sense. Having also tried the pairing of wines with the dishes as per the proposal, we experienced a true full immersion that was truly very pleasant. Perfect service (human and professional), great passion. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Il Nazionale is a restaurant that has obtained a Michelin star thanks to the refined cuisine prepared with creativity and sensitivity for the local raw materials chosen by the chefs. The menu offers à la carte dishes, for those who do not intend to taste many dishes, or three different solutions which include: a first course consisting of eight dishes chosen by the chef, a second with traditional dishes and a third intermediate menu. Table service is also excellent.

We went to Nazionale for my husband's birthday and it was a pleasant surprise. Cozy environment, and every dish top marks! I fell in love with the “chiodini e safferano” dish, as well as the “under the snow” dessert.
Really kind sommelier who also showed us some particularities of the chosen wine
