This is my third visit to Nazionale, and the first time for dinner. Like the two previous visits, I had an incredibly enjoyable experience. The staff is incredibly attentive, and their recommendations (especially regarding wines and cheeses) were both insightful and relevant. Everyone is truly dedicated, and this is reflected in the overall pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, I would say it's not only the best culinary establishment in the region, but also one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The dishes are crafted with an intelligence, attention to detail, and a desire to innovate that has left me speechless on numerous occasions. During our dinner, I had the opportunity to try the Lamb Sambucano, which was a pure delight and an explosion of flavors. But above all, I was (perhaps for the first time in my life) deeply moved by a dish, namely the dessert called "Under the Snow," which touched me with its originality and poetic quality. I was so blown away that I ordered two! It was, once again, a wonderful time spent at Nazionale, and I fully intend to return very soon.

We had a fantastic time eating here. The staff were excellent, and very glad to explain the food. The sommelier was especially knowledgeable and helped expertly with choosing drinks. Food was elevated, with some really stand out dishes including the lambs kidney with chard and pork belly with mushrooms. We were especially impressed by all the little extras that came with our a la carte meal. A restaurant worth travelling to and unexpectedly good.

More than a dinner... it's a journey of expertly reinterpreted dishes that speak of the local area.
We didn't try the menu but opted for the à la carte menu, and I must say we were very satisfied.
Our least favorite was the dessert, but above all, the Sambucana sheep, the Pesio sturgeon, the spaghetti with Castelmagno cheese, the macaroni, and the pork with mushrooms were truly top-notch.
The price, as we know, is high for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's definitely worth it.
The service was prompt, never over the top, truly perfect.
The restaurant has been beautifully renovated.
We'll be back to try the menu.
