Best food in whole Cuneo. They really mail the concept of food, culture and the variety between tradition and progression. I love going back to have lunch or dinner as soon as I am in Cuneo. Good both restaurant and bistro. Lovely people

What can I say, sublime experience. Refined cuisine, never banal, but always extremely balanced. You can see the attention to detail, the professionalism and passion of all the staff. Experience to be recommended and repeated.

Destinazione abbastanza lontana da grandi centri e da aristocratiche mete turistiche ma forse proprio questo contribuisce a rendere l'esperienza significativa e appagante. La cucina è ben eseguita, con la giusta originalità e complessità, e una grande attenzione ai sapori vegetali e alle note amaricanti. Nota di merito alla carta dei vini, varia e per di più onesta nei ricarichi. Servizio impeccabile, sommelier preparato e ambiente in elegante equilibrio tra il rustico (con qualche suppellettile di troppo) e il minimalista.

A place well known in the past. After making a reservation, we tried the local tasting menu. Let's say that as often happens in good starred restaurants, in addition to the good and well-presented food, the pleasant environment and the furnishings, you have an experience in every sense. Having also tried the pairing of wines with the dishes as per the proposal, we experienced a true full immersion that was truly very pleasant. Perfect service (human and professional), great passion. Excellent quality/price ratio.

The hotel bistro is a great discovery and added value to this very beautiful structure! I had both lunch and dinner and we were very satisfied Kindness and courtesy are at home, as is the availability to make off-the-card dishes for the children Truly recommended

20/04/2025: A fantastic place to dine! If there were more stars i wouldn’t hesitate to give them all the stars of the sky! Excellent service, excellent food, amazing people! I found the place by accident, walking on the beautiful streets of Alba.The owner is an old timer with a very good real Italian style that reminds me of the good Fellini movies, it’s the guy you want to be your friend, the head waiter is a very good looking guy with a great personality, good English and he loves his important job that if you are a person that appreciates the service that you can get when you want to have a good time.This restaurant comes out of another reality that we have forgotten.The people that they enjoy to do the job right, the people that make your time and your money worth! Giuseppe very well knows how to make you feel good and he will please you! Don’t miss it, go there, you are going to have a great time with great food and most important GREAT PEOPLE!
12/04/2025: A great restaurant, 5 stars are not enough, great service, small changes to the dishes possible at no extra charge, a nice and tasty greeting from the kitchen in advance. All in all, highly recommended!!! Many thanks to the kitchen

24/06/2025: Good pizza. Nice place. There was a bit of confusion with the orders (one pizza arrived much later than the others) but it is certainly an episode and certainly not the norm. Perhaps there are a few too many tables and this makes the room noisy. The price is absolutely adequate.
21/06/2025: The business lunch is plentiful and affordable. They are very fast and friendly!
