More than a dinner... it's a journey of expertly reinterpreted dishes that speak of the local area. We didn't try the menu but opted for the à la carte menu, and I must say we were very satisfied. Our least favorite was the dessert, but above all, the Sambucana sheep, the Pesio sturgeon, the spaghetti with Castelmagno cheese, the macaroni, and the pork with mushrooms were truly top-notch. The price, as we know, is high for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. The service was prompt, never over the top, truly perfect. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated. We'll be back to try the menu.

Best food in whole Cuneo. They really mail the concept of food, culture and the variety between tradition and progression. I love going back to have lunch or dinner as soon as I am in Cuneo. Good both restaurant and bistro. Lovely people

What can I say, sublime experience. Refined cuisine, never banal, but always extremely balanced. You can see the attention to detail, the professionalism and passion of all the staff. Experience to be recommended and repeated.

26/11/2025: A beautiful refuge, easy to reach by car, typical mountain lunch, good food, friendly staff, normal prices.
09/11/2025: Ideal for cycling and hiking. Climbing to the top will allow you to admire Monviso in all its splendor. In the winter, skiers will have access to the ski lifts.
