Arriving in Rhodes for an event, without a specific destination for dinner, we accidentally came across the Nautilus restaurant, attracted by the sign and the well-kept appearance of the restaurant on the port waterfront. Giuseppe, the owner, welcomed us: an extremely friendly, helpful and professional person. He passionately explained the philosophy of the restaurant, based on the quality and freshness of the fish, personally chosen every day. We started with a simply delicious tuna tartare. Then we moved on to the tuna paccheri on a bed of buffalo mozzarella and pesto: a surprising dish, a true triumph of flavors! And what about the sea urchins? Very fresh, with an authentic flavor and served with an impeccable presentation. The outdoor location is enchanting, perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner or an evening with friends overlooking the sea in the summer. An excellent experience in every aspect. We will definitely be back, even in the height of summer! The bill was absolutely proportionate to the quality offered, confirming the excellent quality-price ratio.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo bel ristorante davanti al mare. Accoglienza cordiale e ottimi piatti a partire con i crudi e cotti di mare, fino ai primi davvero gustosi. Proprietario cordiale e premuroso. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

Fish restaurant on the free beach of Rodi Garganico. High quality food, very fresh and above all refined, for refined palates. Apart from the delicious first courses, we enjoyed some truly fantastic fried fish, honestly a rarity. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back again in the summer. At the end of lunch, we were offered a small plate of carnival chatter. Pamper the beautiful ten-year-old dog who will welcome you affectionately, with two big eyes, at the entrance!
