We were in Venice a week ago. I was searching the web for places to eat gluten-free since I have celiac disease. We went to eat at a trattoria next door and when we left the man gave us a card and since they also served gluten-free food we decided to go for dinner. We liked the atmosphere, the waiters, the food... They control the celiac issue, gluten-free, they have a menu that is 90% gluten-free. Very good quality-price-quantity. But there was something that we didn't like and that I have seen in other comments afterwards. In Venice they charge you for cutlery or a percentage for service. Everywhere else we went they charged us one thing or the other but this was the only one that charged us both. We didn't say anything but it's not right.

We asked the owner if we could have an aperitif instead of dinner and he welcomed us immediately, good spritzes paired with bruschetta and pizza, even good ones, kind and smiling staff even with my slightly noisy children, Gianluca even gave him some sweets... Excellent quality/price given the location. Highly recommended also for celiacs
