Ristorante Miramare In Otranto

I finally arrived in Otranto! Breathtaking sea, spectacular views and... this beautiful restaurant by the sea, tidy, clean and comfortable. I am welcomed by a staff of dynamic young people, quick in service and always smiling. I choose the Poesia menu consisting of a starter, first course and second course, all seafood. The appetizer is well assorted and with every forkful I can really taste the sea! Excellent, fresh. The first is made up of cavatelli and fresh orecchiette seasoned with a very tasty sauce of cuttlefish, baby octopus and mussels. The second is a mixed fried dish with perfect breading and very light and... once again I taste the sea! Quality products expertly prepared in a familiar and relaxing environment. A round of applause to the guys who put so much skill and passion into their work. Strongly recommended!

Nice place, really friendly and nice staff! Quiet place by the sea, we ate quite well, perhaps slightly higher prices than normal but the location certainly pays off! We will be back

Open during siesta, delicious pizza, low prices, good wine, sea view

Posto bello vicino al mare. Peccato che il servizio è pessimo: passano lunghissimi minuti tra una portata e l'altra. Abbiamo mangiato pesce senza pane perché se lo sono dimenticato... Devi ricordare ai camerieri 3 anche 4 volte che ti mancano dei piatti e delle portate.

I was surprised at the very low rating I saw after placing the order. I was afraid that they would bring bad food. But the 5 cheese pizza was delicious, the wine was good. The sea view is excellent. The service is average - the waiter endlessly moved plastic chairs)) But considering that you can’t find a place to eat during siesta, it’s good here. This is the place to go for the pizza!

Tuvimos el set de comida de tres platos, que era muy sabroso y extremadamente buena relación calidad-precio, el servicio era excelente y el personal muy amable.
