Ristorante Minerva In Arezzo

Refined place and excellent service. Everything was truly delicious and well-prepared. We booked a night with dinner at the restaurant, and the maître d' showed you to your table at the entrance. As soon as you're seated, they bring you bread (including the delicious whole wheat schiacciata) and water. We ordered a Florentine appetizer, which was generous, including four crostini with various flavors, a rustica, and a mix of cured meats. For our main course, we had grilled salmon, which included two sausages, and short ribs, both cooked and flavorful to perfection. The service and restaurant were excellent.

Personally I found myself well. Kind and helpful. Excellent cleaning of the room and its bathroom. Excellent also the dishes served in the restaurant. I appreciated that the menu indicated the gluten free dishes and the possible absence/presence of other allergens. Also the restaurant staff kind and helpful.
