Delicious!!! As always! Went for lunch today with a friend who absolutely loves offal. We were thinking of a €25 lunch menu, but then one thing led to another, and we decided on the PORCHERIE tasting menu: spectacular! Each course was better than the last. A succession of explosions of flavors in our mouths... a mix of delicate and bold dishes. We were truly amazed by Chef Matteo and his menu.
Going for lunch and treating ourselves to a moment of friendship doesn't happen every time, but we promised ourselves we'd do it more often! So much for girlfriends and wives!
We spent just the right amount for what we ate and what they prepared for us. Attentive and friendly service.
Highly recommended.

This restaurant is far from the busy city center. A nice location in a really cozy area that's the preview of what you'll find inside. Elegance and essentiality are the trade mark of this place and what you can find in each dish. A very interesting menu where every bite is a discover. Simple ingredients very well matched and cooked. No need to surprise with other than the essential taste of their dishes. At the end of the dinner is like at the end of a journey where you have in mind all the places you have visited that melts together. Prices are adequate to the quality of the menu. Really recommended to anyone who desire a special dinner in a quite and welcoming restaurant.

Very unusual cuisine, a "pigsty" menu.
I personally do not recommend this menu!
- The main course was very good.
- The cuttlefish dish was interesting despite the rather sparse marrow... the lemon balm added lemon notes and brought balance to the dish.
- The beef fat with mackerel dish seemed pre-chewed and therefore lacked texture. The chili was too strong, creating an unbalanced dish. It's a shame because the smoked mango adds depth.
- The ice cream contained crystals, probably due to an imbalance between the fat and the milk. An interesting combination despite the texture.
-The tripe paired beautifully with the mussels, despite the bean purée being completely overpowering in this culinary discovery—a real risk for the chef to offer this dish…
-The spaghetti was excellent, perfectly cooked, and the flavor was well-balanced.
The wine recommendations were very good and greatly appreciated during the meal.
We won't repeat this menu experience, but we did appreciate the chef's bold and original pairings.

I wanted to bring out the chef's spirit, but it turned out to be a flop. I went for a business lunch. The location was very nice, with refined design and details, as well as a unique and inviting menu.
I asked the chef directly to surprise me with a dish of his choice, and I ended up with the same dish as three other people at the table. Most likely, the chef wanted to prioritize ease of execution rather than the experience. A banal choice for someone who calls himself a "nonconformist."

I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant for a while, and it absolutely met my expectations!
The restaurant is modern and very well-maintained. I appreciated the chef's presence, and contrary to what I've read in other reviews, I didn't find it invasive or overbearing. The staff are also well-trained, polite, and helpful. The sommelier, in particular, is very knowledgeable. I asked him to pair two wines of his choosing with two dishes I'd chosen, and he made an excellent choice, suggesting two wines I wasn't familiar with and which turned out to be excellent pairings.
All the dishes were well-executed, with some more sophisticated and unusual pairings, but all were a success. But praise must go to the saffron risotto with raw beef marrow, the best I've eaten so far in Milan, and the tarte tarin, which I ordered because it was recommended by the Michelin Guide... and I understand why!
The amuse bouche, appetizer, risotto, main course, dessert, and two glasses of wine cost around €80-90, and for the quality and experience I had, it was absolutely worth it. In fact, it's almost an understatement!
A highly recommended restaurant.

The location is charming, well thought out, even with the lighting, and a pop of color when entering the bathroom.
Comfortable and spacious tables.
The waiters were knowledgeable and helpful.
The food preparation was literally spectacular, a must try!
I absolutely recommend it, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The attention to food waste is also evident in the bread, which is delivered warm along with the dishes—something I'd never seen before, and it pleasantly surprised me.

Locale elegante, ambientazione minimal, luce soffusa, colori grigio scuro, 'asettico', può piacere come no io l'ho trovato interessante ma non esattamente di mio gusto, preferisco gli ambienti più 'caldi'.
Il menu prevede 3 menu degustazioni che si differenziano per il numero di portate, tipologia e quindi anche prezzo. Noi abbiamo preso un menu "ALTRO" che abbiamo intuito riscuotere molto successo e poi alcuni piatti alla carta. Le portate si susseguono senza lunghi tempi di attesa, ottimo servizio non invadente, personale molto educato e competente, il tempo passa cenando e non te ne accorgi quindi sicuramente ottima esperienza. Non dò 5 perchè comunque nel complesso le portate non mi sono piaciute tutte. Lo chef, come scritto in altre recensioni è presente in sala ma questo non lo ho trovato fastidioso, non sprizza simpatia da tutti i pori ma vabbé non è così grave.
Dal menu alla carta abbiamo assaggiato un risotto alla zafferano ottimo forse eccessivamente sapido (ma secondo me sintomo di qualità del formaggio usato in mantecatura), molto buono anche l'antipasto "zuppa di porri con uovo affogato" eccezionale, mentre no il "riassunto di pollo", si tratta di 4 assaggi di pollo in diverse parti e cotture (un pezzo magro di petto servito con una salsa ai funghi - carne buona e tenera ma con questa salda bocciata nell'aspetto e che faceva molto anni 80 nel sapore ed aspetto sgradevole poi una coscia con la salsa barbecue - coscia buona ma la salsa industriale all'apparenza, fatino di pollo buono ...)
Invece il menu degustazione ha avuto alti e bassi, ovviamente stò parlando dei sapori (molti soggettivi) per il resto non si discute (tecnica, presentazione ottimo). Posso solo dare un consiglio: riso piccate veramente troppo piccante (per alcuni inaffrontabile, ho visto espressioni sgomente su alcuni commensali e ci siamo diverti molto a guardarli), l'ostrica fritta era una mi curiosità ed ho capito che non mi piace, il resto ottimo.
Grazie allo chef ed alla sua brigata per l'esperienza comunque interessante.
