Great professionalism in a spectacular setting. I joined some foreign friends for dinner and they sat me down and served me kindly. High-quality staff, classic menu. I got a perfect fillet Rossini.
UPDATE after some time always a pleasant confirmation of professionalism and courtesy. In the center of Verona it is my first choice.

We had high expectations, unfortunately perhaps it was the wrong evening but the food was served cold and undercooked, therefore it was impossible to judge the quality of the products. It took so little to fix it, and not by offering what is most convenient.
It's a real shame also due to the fact that the bill in the end remains huge.
When a person chooses a restaurant where the cover charge already costs €4, they expect to have a service that is up to par.

Beautiful venue in the center of Verona (Piazza Erbe). The food was exquisite. Excellent local raw materials. Accompanied by local wine, of the highest quality (there is something for every budget). Fast, friendly and punctual service. Refined and prestigious environment. The venue can be reached on foot, but considering the route (arena, via Mazzini and the square) it is worth doing a bit of exercise...
Really 10+ to try the Veronese "style".
I was at an event as a guest, so I can't specify the cost, but I know it was definitely worth the expense!!!

Accoglienza, professionalità e qualità ti aspettano all’interno di un ambiente particolarmente raffinato di charme. Un locale di alta classe che ti permette di rimanere a tuo agio sentendoti curato con particolare attenzione, consigliato e coccolato.
La vista e il gusto sono soddisfatti da una offerta varia articolata e di grande pregio.
La cantina appaga qualsiasi desiderio e i calici vengono offerti con cura e varietà. Ogni volta che siamo a Verona, con Roberta, non ci lasciamo mancare questo fantastico appuntamento con un ristorante curato dai suoi proprietari con grande senso dell’ospitalità, cerimonieri di grande classe.
Mantenere questi livelli non è semplice ma i signori di questo locale ci stanno veramente riuscendo.

I don't understand the rave reviews. But I understand why this restaurant is no longer included in the Michelin Guide since 2018.
Not tasty. We go to all restaurants with the Guide. Having seen the stickers on the door, we chose it. Without checking in the program that it had left long ago.
Service at 0.
All the glasses and dishes on the table are dirty. They changed it for us and the neighboring tables.
There is no presentation of dishes. Only the girl was trained as a sommelier.
The food is tasteless. No pronounced notes. Taste is not the main thing for them.
The serving and filling of dishes is ridiculous.
Dirty dishes and glasses were not removed from the table. And trash on the table.
