This place delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I tried the ox cheek, foie gras, and gambero pasta — each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The ox cheek was melt-in-your-mouth tender, rich and deeply flavorful — clearly slow-cooked with care. The foie gras was seared perfectly, with a silky center, paired with subtle, sweet elements that balanced its richness. But the real surprise was the gambero pasta. The prawns were sweet and delicate, and the pasta perfectly al dente. What really elevated the dish was the lemon zest — it added a bright, citrusy lift that brought everything together and made the flavours sing. Simple, but brilliant. Service was attentive and warm, and the historic setting made the whole experience feel special. A must-visit if you're looking for refined Italian cuisine with thoughtful details.

Decent food, I expected something more especially the amberjack, not amberjack which tasted of fried oil like the courgettes that accompanied it, that said I washed myself with the condensation from the air conditioning that was condensation I had arrived alone without the waitress with a distracted air telling me that she could not do anything, I was with guests who were arriving from Rome and I closed the matter there but from a restaurant like this I expected a little more attention to the customer, shame...

Cena di lavoro, nulla da obiettare sul cibo davvero ottimo, notevole il riso al sedano di Verona e coniglio. Peccato per il servizio, purtroppo siamo stati lasciati per più di un'ora ad attendere un'entree mai arrivata e poi estrema lentezza nel servizio per un menù per buona parte concordato per tutto il tavolo. Purtroppo questo ha reso la serata poco piacevole.
