Absolutely a well-deserved five stars. The dining room is well-maintained, welcoming, and has an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is impeccable: well-trained waiters, present at the right time, and always friendly. The real strength, however, is the cuisine. The chef demonstrates an extraordinary skill: balanced dishes, clean flavors, impeccably presented, and ingredients that speak for themselves. Each course is delivered to the table with a care that truly makes the difference. A restaurant that combines professionalism, quality, and taste in every detail. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. The service from the wait staff was excellent, and the dishes were exceptional, both in presentation and taste.

For dinner, a quiet and elegant place, also excellent for a romantic dinner. The food was very good and the service was good, and the price was right. The welcome entree and desserts at the end were appreciated. Expected the right amount. A couple of comments about the service, although excellent. During the evening, we were asked perhaps a little too many times, and on one occasion, two different waiters asked us twice within seconds if everything was okay. Also, a small detail, within the scope of the main course, once they had verified which of the two diners had which dish, I was served before the other person at the table (a woman). These are small things, but they still care about making you feel welcome, and it shows. The quality of the food is very good, the meat melts in your mouth, the wines are excellent, and the desserts are equally up to par. With experience, I'm sure the wait staff will also gain greater confidence and ease, making the atmosphere more relaxed.

Excessive wait times: seated at 9pm, first course served at 10:30pm!!! Pleasantly elegant atmosphere, tasty dishes.

Dinner. I expected a little more, but I was a bit disappointed, especially with the main course. I didn't like the duck, so I left it on my plate. The tiramisu was truly excellent, and its presentation was spectacular.

This place delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I tried the ox cheek, foie gras, and gambero pasta — each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The ox cheek was melt-in-your-mouth tender, rich and deeply flavorful — clearly slow-cooked with care. The foie gras was seared perfectly, with a silky center, paired with subtle, sweet elements that balanced its richness. But the real surprise was the gambero pasta. The prawns were sweet and delicate, and the pasta perfectly al dente. What really elevated the dish was the lemon zest — it added a bright, citrusy lift that brought everything together and made the flavours sing. Simple, but brilliant. Service was attentive and warm, and the historic setting made the whole experience feel special. A must-visit if you're looking for refined Italian cuisine with thoughtful details.

Un ristorante con classe. Location speciale sopra tutto la vinoteca. Il cipo: 10 e lode per lo Chef. Tutto lo Staff e specializato in attenzioni per gli ospidi / sono veramente specializati sulla materia. Durante l' atesa del taxi ci hanno offerto un Amaro - talmente buono che alla fine abbiamo comprato una bottiglia :-)
