Let me start by saying that we didn't stay there so I can't give a rating to the rooms, but the dinner was fantastic!!
Super-prepared and kind staff, my boyfriend doesn't eat truffles and in the kitchen they immediately took care of being able to offer him alternatives.
The format is a menu with a fixed price of €30, drink, coffee and dessert included. Incomparable quality-price!! Everything was good and we were also able to try some rather special dishes. The photos don't do the goodness justice.
We will definitely be back!!!

The "L' Ulivo" restaurant is always a guarantee... typical Umbrian cuisine cooked with excellent ingredients, homemade pasta, fresh truffles, etc etc... welcoming and characteristic place, very good service, courteous, fast and precise waiters! !Thank you!!

Everything excellent, the food 10 out of 10... the rooms 10/10, the owners 12/10... the location excellent, the only flaw, but not of the hotel, are the roads to reach the beautiful places in the nearby, narrow and bumpy. In any case, I will definitely return. Highly recommended

Coming back here is always a pleasure! A few years ago I discovered this pearl with my parents and last week I went back with friends! As always, everything was taken care of and everyone was very kind, the lunch was divine and the formula was infallible!
It deserves all the stars and more!

Ristorante con menù degustazione molto ricco ed abbondante, anche troppo. Le pietanze sono di buona qualità, i sapori sono quelli tipici della cucina umbra, tartufo incluso. La carne è cotta alla brace. Il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo è sicuramente positivo. Situato in una zona panoramica, tra gli olivi.
