I stopped by and ate there while on a cruise. Risotto and ceviche were the best. It is full of blue ribbon-like stickers and seems to be a popular restaurant for locals. I especially liked how friendly the waiter was. Recommended!

Sorpreso in positivo..ristorante gestito in famiglia, servizio eccellente ,cucina ottima,prezzi (se si considera che Messina sembra New york) bassi ma altissima qualità. Educazione a livelli altissimi. Finalmente un buon ristorante a base di pesce in zona centro/sud. Unico consiglio:creare in menù un antipasto tipo quello preso da noi in maniera tale che solo l’antipasto(contabilizzato tutto a porzioni) costi 40€. In compenso il bambino non ha pagato ne la pasta con il sugo e nè il coperto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Sono stata in questo ristorante per il pranzo di Capodanno. Gli antipasti veramente buoni. Lo chef è molto bravo e la signora è gentilissima. Sono stati molto cortesi a preparare subito il primo a mia figlia piccola e a servirla prima di tutti gli altri. Anche il ristorante si presenta bene, è un posto molto pulito e accogliente.

Elegant but welcoming atmosphere, abundant dishes, very fresh fish, dry and tasty fried food, excellent selection of wines. (Spaghetti swordfish, cherry tomatoes and breadcrumbs SPECTACULAR)

I chose the L'Ossidiana restaurant to celebrate an event and I can only give 5 stars for everything. Chef Salvatore Ficarra accompanied me in choosing the proposals to personalize the menu, proving to be extremely attentive to the customer's needs. Impeccable quality of food and service, elegant and well-kept location. Highly recommended for any occasion!

13/05/2025: Nous cherchions un restaurant différent de ceux très bien notés des guides et des sites, et nous sommes tombés sur ce restaurant sans prétention. Un jeune serveur aux petits soins, des plats variés et copieux, de la place et des prix parmi les moins chers de tous les restaurants où nous avons mangé. La déco est dans son jus mais l'impression finale a été pour nous au top.
12/05/2025: Il personale è gentilissimo, celere e professionale. Gli ingredienti e le pietanze sono genuine. Purtroppo, lo chef fa troppo uso di olio. La mia pasta è risultata troppo pesante per questo motivo.
