A jewel of a place with dream service.... How can I describe this delightful restaurant? Let's start with the service: attentive, courteous, and never intrusive. A host who loves his job and conveys this love in his descriptions of the dishes. The dishes... what more can I say... We tasted various dishes... from Fassona steak tartare to fried meat, including wonderful appetizers and homemade butter... places like this are rare!!! Congratulations!!!!!

I live in town, and this is one of the few restaurants I've frequented for about fifteen years. Nice atmosphere, good service, tasty food.

Tried it as a restaurant. Beautiful place, very friendly staff, spectacular Florentine steak, both in taste and cooking. Excellent local wine. Highly recommended!

Ottima locanda/ristorante dove degustare buonissimi pasti toscani, i cappellacci con sugo di lepre oppure al ragù tradizionale sono assolutamente da non perdere, servizio celere e professionale, prezzi nella media della zona, locale ben arredato e ben tenuto, consigliato.

Locale grazioso alle porte del bellissimo borgo di Scarperia. Abbiamo pranzato nella taverna nel piano seminterrato, davvero caratteristica. Due primi con ottimo ragù tagliata, dolce e caffè, il tutto annaffiato da ottimo vino della casa. Tutto buonissimo, abbiamo digerito tutto e questo e garanzia di grande qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile.

I come often for work. Very well managed hotel and very high quality restaurant. Passing through Scarperia and not stopping for dinner here would be a real shame.
