The place is crowded, so I recommend booking in advance. The service is very fast and friendly.

Spotlessly clean rooms, wonderful staff.
Lorena, Andrea, and Matteo are wonderful. They pampered and accommodated us, even with Zoe.
We've rebooked for October.

Camere arredate in stile antico. Ciò può piacere ma può anche risultare, come a me, un pò opprimente. L'ambiente andrebbe reso un pò più accogliente. La colazione senza infamia e senza lode, solo prosciutto cotto come salume, formaggio industriale, anche le torte non fatte in modo casalingo. Per il prezzo pagato un pò deludente.

We went to the restaurant a couple of times in two days of visiting this beautiful corner of the Apennines.
Excellent dishes, from first courses to second courses, to schiacciate. Polite and very fast service, excellent local products.

We had the pleasure of coming for lunch before the hike and all the staff we interacted with were so kind and accommodating that we returned at the end of the hike for a dessert (exceptional artisanal cheesecake) and some equally good schiacciata to go. The venison ravioli were delicious but the menus prepared by the restaurant looked great too. I would definitely go back!

Abbiamo dormito una notte presso la Locanda: semplice, molto pulito e suggestivo! Buonissima anche la colazione con tortino di mele e schiacciata senza glutine 😋

Slept at the campsite. Excellent dinners and buffet breakfasts. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent quality of everything, slightly high prices. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner and for the excellent and plentiful squash.

April 25th for lunch, my wife and I and our dog welcome. Typical Tuscan menu, perhaps a few more bruschetta and potato tortelli would have been good, generous and quality portions. Price normal, attentive and kind service.
