Ristorante annesso all'hotel omonimo, va bene per una cena ma non aspettatevi nulla di più di un "medio" ristorante di hotel. Bella sala, servizio professionale e cortese, piatti ben presentati, ma la qualità degli ingredienti non era all'altezza di tutto il resto: carote lesse un po' insipide (fresche o precotte?), polpo di consistenza non eccezionale, in compenso ottimo tagliere di frutta (soprattutto abbondante) e discreto trancio al salmone. L'occhio comunque ha avuto la sua parte, il palato un po' meno.

In winter, however, the thermal power plant is a bit noisy, so it’s better to take odd-numbered rooms - they overlook the canal that separates the hotel from the road. It is very quiet at night, the rooms are well soundproofed, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good: fresh prosciutto and mortadella, ricotta, mozzarella and brie. The rest, as usual, is an omelet, sausages and pastries, the juice is mediocre, the coffee from the coffee machine is good. And the best part is that in the off-season, at the beginning of December, the price for 4 stars with breakfast is only 60-odd euros.

The location is really good, only a short walk into Verona, rooms are however very tired, as is the rest of the hotel, really in need of an upgrade, the biggest let down was the price of the drinks, I ordered 3 drinks, 2 G&T & 1 whisky & coke and the total came to €41, there's no prices displayed anywhere either, so just be wary of ordering drinks in the hotel bar, overall I would stay here again, but I would stay well clear of the bar, prices are far cheaper in Verona itself so don't get caught out. It would be really good if the hotel displayed prices too.
