Not worthy of 4 star. Good breakfast with more options. Very old fashioned. The TV was in a cupboard, had to be pulled out to watch TV. Felt like they tried to monetize, there was a price list in the room mentioning the rate for a comb, dental kit, and other little things. Being a 4 star hotel, there was not even one complementary water bottle. Close to railway station, about 10min walk. But about 20-25min walk to Verona downtown. Big and spacious bathroom, decent sized room.

We had a language problem at the reception on the first day, but the receptionist understood all our problems and handled all the transactions as if we were doing business. Thank you. Everywhere is within walking distance. This was very nice. However, the services were lower than this hotel. For example, there is no kettle in the rooms, there is no tea or coffee service, everything is paid if you want, but this may seem strange to us since it is out of our habit. The rooms are clean and the bathroom and WC are large, there is no hot water problem, the bathtub pleasure is extraordinary, the service depends on your request, such as room cleaning, when you put a prepared label on the door, I can say that your room is ready when you arrive, etc., experience the rest and see for yourself. Thank you very much to the hotel staff, their hospitality was wonderful, we did not feel strange at all and we had a great rest.

I was glad to return to this hotel. The lobby and room still looked classic and luxurious, if not outdated. They were very clean to a certain degree. The housekeeping did a good job. I also liked the opulent breakfast. The table staff worked hard during breakfast, but we would prefer not to share a table with strangers. In addition, there are a few drawbacks to our experience this time: No. 1, there were only two outlets for plugging in the electronics - It’s simply not enough for two people for an iPhone, camera, shaver, laptop, etc. It needs at least six outlets for modern travelers at the bedside, desk, bathroom, etc. No. 2: The receptionists at the front desk were not very friendly, courteous, or helpful. I hope they will improve soon. No. 3: The bathroom had quite a few moldy spots, which were very disturbing. No. 4: Due to the heat, some of the outdoor pot plants desperately needed care and water. We couldn’t stand their suffering, so we added water to the dying pots. No. 5, The hotel is quite a distance from the train station and the Verona arena. There could be complementary shuttles between these points and the hotel. (The Hotel charges 5€ for a single trip, which is rather too much considering the high price the hotel commands.) I would consider staying here next year if these conditions were to be improved.

Very elegant hotel, very kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent location in relation to the centre, the only flaw is that the exit from the hotel car park is not particularly suitable for small cars

The hotel was okay, only at the end I had to realize that the parking lot costs €1 per hour. It's a shame that people can't get enough of it!

Ristorante annesso all'hotel omonimo, va bene per una cena ma non aspettatevi nulla di più di un "medio" ristorante di hotel. Bella sala, servizio professionale e cortese, piatti ben presentati, ma la qualità degli ingredienti non era all'altezza di tutto il resto: carote lesse un po' insipide (fresche o precotte?), polpo di consistenza non eccezionale, in compenso ottimo tagliere di frutta (soprattutto abbondante) e discreto trancio al salmone. L'occhio comunque ha avuto la sua parte, il palato un po' meno.
