Hidden amidst the tourist traps is this hidden gem. In a chic and minimalist setting, the chef reimagines high-quality local produce with originality and passion. The tastes and flavors are as impressive as the presentation. We particularly enjoyed the popcorn-crusted octopus, the pork with apricots, and the lamb. The wine list is incredible. The small amuse-bouches are flavorful and refined. Even the cheese plate is a delight. Everything is Michelin-starred quality, with excellent value for money. The service is very friendly, and the staff is incredibly attentive. A wonderful culinary discovery; we will gladly return!

We had a wonderful evening with friends at this lovely restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. Sono tornato per festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio e non potevo festeggiarlo meglio. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo ordinato avevano qualcosa di magico, presentazione sapori in pratica una delizia. Una menzione speciale merita lo chef davvero bravo e cordiale. Tornare a Taormina significa tornare al ristorante Le Naumachie. A presto
