First class! This was an absolute highlight for us. We had a fantastic time at Le Naumachie with the fantastic chef Francesco Aversa. Stunning food and beautiful presentations with lovely little amuse bouches between courses. The service was excellent and time flew. Thank you so much to the brothers Aversa for a fantastic two nights (the first with Mamma Rosa)

The restaurant is located in the center of Taormina, a bit off the central main street. The atmosphere is modern and cozy. The service is very attentive and friendly. Even as a tourist you feel welcome. The food is of excellent quality. The ingredients used are high quality. The preparation is well coordinated and done to the point. The dishes are prepared very creatively and stimulatingly. The price-performance ratio is consistent.

It was very tasty. I liked the compliment from the chef, it was interesting to try something else. The wine is delicious. The service is wonderful. For 5 days - this was my favorite restaurant. Fell in love with dessert

Trattoria Sottocastello

27/02/2025: Found by chance, the Sottocastello restaurant is the place you don't expect. Beautiful panoramic view, good first courses, very good second courses with meat. Excellent quality/price ratio. Advised.
20/02/2025: Booked literally 20 minutes before, they were very kind and helpful, impeccable service, good manners, very good food.

Trattoria "Del Corso"

20/05/2025: Fantastic and deliciously surprising food with a great friendly host. Showed us everything incl. a very old cave in his garden. Had a great evening.
18/05/2025: Amazing! The Cannolo was the best, and make sure to have some of their home made sweet wine.
