The owner recommended excellent wine pairings. We tried three different main courses, and they were all excellent. The atmosphere was intimate and extremely refined. The service was worthy of the venue.

The cuisine is top-notch, with refined dishes that blend Aosta Valley tradition with modern creativity, always using top-quality ingredients. 1 The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive, and instantly puts you at ease. The wine list is also excellent, extensive and well-selected. 2 The prices are medium-high, but fully justified by the overall experience. Highly recommended!

04/05/2026: Nice atmosphere. We ate outside in the slightly dated gazebo. It wasn't hot yet, so it was nice. Very good, local food. Service was a bit slow. Excellent value.

14/06/2026: An unforgettable experience with incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive hosts. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed (ours even had a sauna), and the bedding is of exceptional quality. The restaurant is also outstanding, with refined cuisine prepared using local produce and ingredients from their own garden. The breakfast was incredible… In short, a gem! Go for it without hesitation. Thank you to Elena, Anna, and Agostino for your warm welcome.
16/05/2026: Intrigued by the exterior, I booked this restaurant in the center of Morgex for a romantic dinner. Excellent choice. A very welcoming and quaint place, with just a few well-spaced tables. The menu was excellent, balanced, delicate, and plentiful. The service was attentive, attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back for another special occasion.
