Located on the top floor of the hotel, it is characterized by a beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations for a serious reason: the mandatory two-course menu at a cost of €95 each. I specify that for that amount I ate a first course of 5 (and I mean 5) ravioli and a portion of microscopically sized fish. My wife, in addition to the ravioli, had ordered a creamed cod which she didn't even eat because it was stringy and dry (these 4 dishes cost a whopping €190!!!). Absolutely overpriced, very disappointing indeed. To make us digest the price, we were offered some small appetizers which, however, we had not ordered.

The day after visiting Le Cupole, we had to take a moment to think about what the great crew at the gourmet restaurant could have done better. In fact, there is neither anything to complain about nor a serious suggestion that could improve what is on offer. The interplay of service, offerings, cuisine and ambience is balanced at the highest level. Every wish is read from your lips. We can't stop raving about it. The desserts, which were served to us with heavenly dessert wines, deserve a special mention. WOW.
If we stay in Liguria again: we'll be back!

The strong point is the view, incredible. Special tasting menus. Many pleasant extra courses between one course and another. Excellent service. The only problem is the midges.

Ristorante vicino alla stella Michelin ,menu degustazione ottimo,come ottimi gli antipasti dello chef…un plauso particolare al personale molto preparato,dove l educazione è la descrizione dei piatti fanno la differenza;vista location mozzafiato

Cena romantica con marito al tramonto.
Bella location con vista fronte Santa Margherita e Portofino.
Cucina molecolare, e dolci eccezionali preparati dalla chef Castellaneta.
Si puó scegliere menù degustazione o alla carte con prezzo minimo di 95€/persona.
Menù non troppo variegato e anche particolare, quindi consiglio di leggerlo prima di prenotare, potrebbe non soddisfare tutti i gusti.
Servizio eccellente, ovviamente in linea con il posto e il target clientela.
Mi aspettavo di più, ma comunque bella esperienza

Very kind staff, breathtaking view, elegant but "easy" environment, very well-prepared, creative, refined and very tasty dishes. Beautiful experience!
