Our pleasure to have the opportunity to meet Simone and had dinner together! I would say this meal was one of the most impressive ones in my mind and also the wines🥂 Simone’s dry Moscato was really cool and potential! I hope more Asian people could taste it too!

We had dinner here during a weekend in the Langhe, a recommendation from a sommelier. We opted for the tasting menu and were very satisfied. The cuisine was meticulously prepared, with delicious, excellent quality food. The service was attentive and meticulously prepared. The view of the hills and vineyards was spectacular. We were satisfied, highly recommended, and if we ever return to the area, we will definitely return.

As the restaurant's name suggests, we were very satisfied with our dinner. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and well-lit. The culinary offerings are excellent, both for the quality of the ingredients and the creativity and attention to detail in the presentation. Special mention goes to the professional and friendly staff. I was torn between two desserts and chose the tiramisu swirl, but they were kind enough to bring me a sample of the other one as well: I really enjoyed it! Highly recommended.

What can I say? It's a place where you eat well. We opted for the tasting menu for 55 euros per person, excluding wines. I won't talk about the food because it's an innovative cuisine that you have to try.

Exceptional experience. A very refined atmosphere, very attentive but not overly formal service, a very positive aspect in my opinion. Regarding the food, I can't find a better word than exceptional. The My Way menu is highly recommended: five dishes chosen by the chef that take you on a journey between Piedmont and Asia. We can't wait to return!

20/05/2026: The food was exquisite! They were special dishes, the kind you don't find in other restaurants. Particularly noteworthy: Tarte tatin ai funghi fonduta di Gorgonzola; Chicche con scalie di Roch; and Spaghetti con crema di piselli (green spaghetti). Excellent!
15/05/2026: The restaurant is very good with nice decor, but the service is extremely slow (over 20 minutes between each course (and coffee)) and not very pleasant (the waitress actually rolled her eyes when we dared to ask for coffee). As for the main courses, they are very small; if you order the set menu, they are acceptable, otherwise they are absolutely not worth 20 euros. The pasta with ragù, however, is excellent—the only positive point. Despite the very good food, we do not recommend it given the long wait and the poor quality of service.
