We had a fantastic evening at La Sosta and are absolutely thrilled. The start was already a dream: We were served incredibly delicious, traditional Sardinian bread. The main courses maintained the high standard perfectly. The pasta was cooked to absolute perfection (true al dente bliss!) and wonderfully seasoned. The crowning glory was the homemade ice cream, which you simply have to try. Creamy, rich, and miles away from mass-produced ice cream. The whole experience was rounded off by exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional service, anticipating our every need without being intrusive. In short: Great atmosphere, superb food, and service with heart. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful evening.

A very welcoming place with a family atmosphere. It feels like home and you feel truly pampered by both the manager and the helpful and polite service staff. Every detail is meticulously cared for, from the table settings to the furniture. Excellent food and good value. The wine selection is superb. I especially enjoyed the freshly made hot chocolate gelato.

I had the pleasure of dining at La Sosta restaurant and was very impressed. The service was good and courteous. The setting is simply magnificent, located inside a historic building in the center of Brescia, which adds a touch of charm to the dining experience. The menu offers a selection of traditional Brescian dishes, as well as very light and fresh options. I highly recommend visiting La Sosta for both the quality of the food and the unique setting. I will definitely be back!

It's been a long time since I've been to this restaurant, and I have to say I had a wonderful time. We ate well, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes, but the real added value was the wonderful staff: kind, attentive, and professional. I felt at home from the first moment. If you're looking for a place where quality food meets the warmth of home, this is the place. I ate very well, but it was the kindness of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere that made the difference. I felt truly at ease. A place I love!

23/02/2026: Roco's Fast Pizza is a perfect stop on the way to Pinzolo and/or Madonna di Campiglio. A simple but truly excellent place to stop for a tasty bite. The panzerotti with speck were a real surprise: very tasty and well-made. The pizza is also excellent, made with quality ingredients and well-prepared. Fast and friendly service. A convenient but also very satisfying stop.
13/02/2026: We stopped for a snack to break up the journey. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lasagna and parmigiana were really well-made and delicious. The price was reasonable. The bathrooms were very well-maintained.

04/02/2026: A Saturday evening with five friends. We're from the Duomo di Rovato area, and this trattoria in the lower part of the valley was wholeheartedly recommended to me by the owner of AZ. Ag "Santina" (located on the Barbariga-Orzinuovi provincial road. At the intersection with the road to Frontiignano. They sell all kinds of meat, poultry, rabbits, etc. Good free-range products, which I'll also be using when I open my own "OSTERIA DI FROTIGNANO" soon). Back to the point: so, on the evening of Saturday, January 31st, I went to dinner at the trattoria bar "Santina," located in Verolavecchia. First, because I wanted to browse and possibly understand their organization; I can't beat the delicious, typical Brescian food, all washed down with Barbera wine from Piedmont. Quality and price: moderate and fair! They wanted to try their boiled meats (they tell me they're of unparalleled quality and deliciousness, but for this type of dish you have to book in advance). So what else to say, nothing, we were satiated by the delicious food, and slowly we made our way back to our respective beds. It was a special evening, one to return to this spring. Ft., Ernesto Scuri, manager of OSTERIA DI FROTIGNANO. PS: The first course, chicken sauce with giblets (guts, mahole, livers, etc.) and tagliatelle, was delicious and impossible to find elsewhere; then the grilled meat melted to the touch with the ceramic tile. The chefs are the masters, and the girls are great at serving! One sad note: the typical Lombard farmhouse portico setting.
