Il locale è storico , lussuoso , accogliente … molto bello . Cibo : antipasto tortino di carciofo con relativa crema e prosciutto crudo ( molto buono) , risotto al trevisano e formagella ( buono) , stufato e pure’ ( buono). Dolce : fetta di panettone con crema di mascarpone ( la crema era buona il panettone molto deludente ) . In un posto così mi sarei aspettato un panettone artigianale buono.. comunque questa è l’unica nota negativa

The place is very nice, warm and welcoming. A historic and luxurious place. You have to drive around a lot to find a free parking space. Starter: artichoke pie with very good cream, excellent raw ham. Risotto with Trevisani and Formagella good, stew with puree ditto. What I didn't like is the panettone... it almost seemed "dry", while the mascarpone cream was good

Pranzo di lavoro, ambiente veramente molto elegante, atmosfera piacevole, servizio confidenziale al punto giusto.
I piatti ordinati sono arrivati velocemente, tutto all'altezza del locale.
Solo un appunto sul bollito misto: se servito nel brodino (che non amo) e con le salse sarebbe meglio avere un piatto a parte, dove "sgocciolare" la carne che comunque era di livello strepitoso.

Very successful graduation dinner in a period building in Brescia, very well-kept and atmospheric rooms, impeccable service, very good appetizers of all kinds, special praise for the cotechino with spinach and the Teroldego risotto, wines worthy of the evening.
Well done, we had already been there, we returned and we will return!

Super elegant place where you can spend an evening eating well and being pampered by all the staff, I got up from the table super relaxed after this dinner.
They are all very attentive and kind even to details and you are almost surprised not being used to such attentive service.
I can't wait to return to be able to have the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and Lucanica again, truly a caress for the palate.
