I've already been back to Sosta twice since the new management took over. Giancarlo is doing his utmost to restore to its former glory a place that in Brescia should strive to be not only among the best, but the best. He's on the right track.

I've been to La Sosta restaurant in Brescia, and I have to say it was a delightful discovery! The food is excellent: carefully crafted, tasty dishes prepared with great attention to the finest ingredients. The atmosphere is very welcoming, warm, and perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The new owner definitely deserves a special mention: he's incredibly friendly and always ready to make guests feel at home. His friendliness makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It's always been the quintessential city center restaurant: elegant, classic, refined, with exquisite cuisine. In recent weeks, something has changed, less convincing; the menu no longer changes every week; something's missing. Let's give it another chance, of course... The restaurant has had an important, prestigious, and challenging past: let's hope for the best...

We stopped for lunch, a unique experience. The food, the ambiance, all wrapped up in a pleasant atmosphere. Chef Giulio's dishes convey passion and love for cooking, combining surprising flavor combinations. The attention to detail is excellent. A must-try whenever you're in the area.

14/01/2026: Business lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food, however, didn't satisfy me. Perhaps it would have been better to order the pizza, which looked nice.
21/12/2025: Delicious pizza, fabulous porcini risotto, disabled parking in front of the entrance, menus for all tastes—what more could you ask for? The service is truly excellent; they were more than accommodating to my disabled mother despite the busy holiday season.
