Located opposite the entrance to the Dozza fortress, this very characteristic restaurant is housed in a former stable.
The menu is traditional and well-stocked. Excellent ingredients are served in the traditional manner, and the prices are reasonable for the quality.

A perfect lunch during a winter road trip: a welcoming atmosphere, a historic location facing the Rocca, and truly delicious dishes. Exceptional tortellini in brodo, ravishing tortelli and strozzapreti with sausage ragù, and warm, soft crescentine that disappeared in a flash. Plus, the daily specials off the menu are mouth-watering!
Traditional cuisine, authentic flavors, and perfect service: the ideal stop for a day in Dozza with friends.

This restaurant is located opposite Dozza Castle.
We arrived after visiting the village and asked if they had a table since we didn't have a reservation. They were very kind and seated us right away, even though the restaurant was full.
Everything else was truly delicious, from the excellent and plentiful first courses to the tasty and well-cooked meat. The service was good, and the timing between courses was perfect.
I recommend it if you're passing through Dozza 👍

A quaint restaurant right across from the Dozza Fortress. The interior dining room, a former stable, is truly unique. The tables are set in the horse stalls, complete with mangers. Excellent food, especially the tagliatelle with meat sauce, among the best I've ever had! Reasonable prices!

Delicious meat. Also excellent are the side dishes of rustic potatoes, fried cream, and seasonal vegetables. Delicious desserts.

Restaurant opposite the Rocca, we ate in the old stables (truly unique). Very friendly and fast staff. We ate as a family, from appetizer to dessert, trying different dishes. Everything was delicious, excellent quality, with a traditional menu but at the same time with a touch of personality. Congratulations!
