Historic restaurant in the beautiful town of Dozza. The restaurant is housed in the castle's stables. The atmosphere is classic yet very welcoming, and the food is excellent. We went for the mutton and were not disappointed. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is in the fortress square in a prime location. Be careful during the summer months, as some of the outdoor tables are in the sun.
The food is excellent; appetizers, first courses, and meats are truly delicious. I recommend the friggione, tortelli, and fillet steak with mushrooms.
The only downside is the service: it's very slow, and the staff lacks a smile and empathy. The overall impression is of a rather stressful and poorly organized workplace.

We ate very well. Fried polenta with squacquerone cheese, vegetable flan, tortelli with porcini mushrooms, and veal strips. All washed down with a nice Modena Lambrusco. Nothing to complain about. Everything was truly excellent. The staff is professional and always available. The place is very beautiful, set in an old stable and furnished with vintage horse accessories. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent dinner, beautiful location with a view, classic and very good dishes. A bit of chaos with the plates stacked in the three courses, which prevented everyone from eating together.
